Just saying, if you have problems with constipation or digestion, THIS WILL BE EFFECTIVE FOR YOU‼️ it has a very intense smell and taste of vegetables and herbs? I bought it just to get more nutrients and stuff, but turns out it helps with losing body fat FOR ME🥹

I wanted to find a way to get my daily vegetables on without too much difficulty and that was convenient. Unfortunately I have a pretty demanding job and I'm usually mentally drained by the time I get home and I end up being lazy and just eat left overs or order out. Because of this I don't always eat enough vegetables or grab healthy options. There's no smell, they are relatively easy to swallow, and based on various reviews I trust this brand and product. I haven't seen too much change in my skin or hair since I have eczema and already have to take extra care to keep it managed, but I'll update this review after trying this out a little longer.

Ordered this everytime on iherb but since they were out of stock there - amazon was the next best option. Great green superfood pills! Gives me so much energy.
