I have ordered this item for my new car, which arrived on the day after my return deadline. To find out this charger is only compatible in the USA. I’m not living in the UK and completely stuck with this item.. I’m really not sure why which item is available in the UK Amazon store if this is not a compatible item with UK EVs (Tesla) and I’m not £400+ down the drain and cannot return the device. Completely out of pocket and stuck with this item! This item should be removed from the UK Amazon store to prevent further issues.

Just works! Connected up in about 5 minutes, turned on and within 10 minutes charging the car. Great product, very easy to install, well built and great app.

El cargador es original, me salió un poco más caro que en la app de Tesla, pero al no haber en la app decidí comprarlo aquí, funciona a la perfección.
