The warehouse store near me carried these and of the many in-bowl noodle soups these are my favorite. They also have some other flavors. They're light rice noodles and have a nice flavor packet. Generally I add something like chicken or some mixed veggies to them which I cook separately

We love these to add to our Pho. We use a 1 1/2 packets to each bowl, which is the right amount of noodles.

This is a lot milder than I expected. But it is good. I don't need spicy right now anyway as I'm having digestive issues. Please note that if you prep it in the cardboard bowl, it picks up that cardboard taste. But prepping in real bowl is very good. There are plenty of noodles that soften nicely. I will order again. I added a jammy egg and some Sriracha to it today and it was tasty.
