This mount works so much better than what came with my Car Play screen. It was so easy to install, fits perfectly in the CD slot, and with a bit of tightening keeps a strong grip of the screen with nary a wobble. Great value.

Just as many other reviewers have stated, this product looked flimsy and I was doubtful it was actually going to work as a mount for my Garmin 51. Well, once I got it into my CD Player and used the little tightening wing knob, this mount became firm and sturdy. Holds in place perfectly and the "ball" fits perfectly into the "socket" on my Garmin. I am very happy with this mount and it has turned out to be much better than expected.

Met my expectations. No issues at all! The price was great for what I received. I would by from the seller again.

The product was very sturdy and provided a simple and non intrusive solution to mount my portable CarPlay unit. I'd recommend keeping in mind the positioning of the CD slot as this does extend out a ways. The customer service from this company was wonderful and checked to verify that I received the unit and was happy with the product.

I bought a CarPlay/Android Auto screen to add navigation and streaming features to my older 2011 Honda Pilot and it connected and worked really well so far. Unfortunately, the mounts that came with it was inconvenient for me. I do not like things stuck to my windshield that could possibly obstruct my driving view. So, it was either too low or would be obstructive to my view. When I saw this mount as an option I was excited but skeptical whether with would fit my unit. It said "universal" in the description, so I decided to take the chance and get it. It mounted easily and fit my unit perfectly. I am happy with the mount, the distance from the dash could be a bit shorter so that the unit could be closer to the dash, but that may sacrifice rigidity and strength of the portion that goes into the CD player slot to hold my unit in place. Overall I am happy with this purchase so far.

The item works very well. I used the optional 3m stickers that were included. If you have a column shifter, beware of your cd player placement. It does not work with 3 on the wheel. However it is very stable in my other vehicle.

Great value for what it is. Unfortunately didn't work like I hoped in my 2007 S40. Not the fault of the mount in any means. Mount seems well made, easy to install, should fit great, however in my S40 it only latched to the trim which made the mount unstable. If being used in an actual radio unit, this should work great.
