Digirig Coiled Shielded USB-A to USB-C Cable with Ferrites

There isn't all that much one can same about a cable, the obvious questions are is it well made - connections to the connectors good, quality of the wire and does it work. The answer to all is yes it is well made with could quality connectors and it works.

Quality heavy duty cable and works great. I was having issues with my 2022 Highlander Android Auto repeatedly dropping connection. I tried many different cables and even an adapter that was supposed to fix this issue to no avail. When trying AA in other cars, it worked fine, but something was up in the Toyota. Over time, I noticed a cycling pattern and also data flow issues with an AA wireless adapter. All of this added up to one of 2 things. A radio issue or an interference/ground loop problem. I decided to give this cable a try and it has been smooth going ever since. I highly recommend it as it is well made, tight coil and heavy duty. If you are having issues with Car Play, Android Auto or data transfer, give it a shot. It may resolve all your woes.

I purchased this cable because I was constantly getting RF into the computer from my QRP rig (QMX+), which caused WSJT-X to lose it's connection. This happened on many bands except 20 meters. After replacing the standard USB cable with this one with the ferites, the RFI stopped and WSJT-X is happy. I will be purchasing more of these cables. UPDATE: I ordered a second cable for my Xiegu X6100 and laptop that had constant trouble losing CAT control and disconnecting from WSJT-X. It now functions perfectly 100% of the time!

Use to connect mobile phone to car. Non-shielded cable seem to sometimes have challenges so I spent a little more for a product that works. Length is good for my application in Honda Odyssey. Seems durable.

Not A Cheep Cable & It Isnt Nearly As Long As I Would Like it To Be BUT It Works Very Well For Doing FT8 With a Xiagu X6100 (10wQRP) Rig To My PC ! Haven't Had Any More Drop Outs Ext ! It Worked For Me !

The cable in general functions as a USB cable, however, when used with a USB audio interface, no reduction in noise was noticed and this was the sole reason for which it was purchased. It looks technically correct, but the coiled cord with ferrites had no effect on ground loop noise.
