It’s good book and for people who need emotional intelligence
This book is for people who don’t have emotional intelligence. If you have emotional intelligence then you don’t need this. I got it because I was curious I saw it on social media and thought it wouldn’t hurt to read about it but honestly it did nothing for me. It a good read but I am already doing what the book suggests to do to get better emotional intelligence. It’s good for people who need it though and it’s nice the cover and the pages.

Excellent Information
This knowledge should be taught in schools starting at an early age. Learning how to identify, label, accept, and properly respond to your emotions is vital in maintaining a positive, healthy relationship with your partner. Had I known about these tools, I might have been able to save my latest relationship. Instead of shutting down by being overwhelmed, I could have actively listened to my partner, empathized with her and responded in more healthy ways.
