It’s yummy too!
This Mag, cal, zinc has been so helpful in keeping me healthy this flu season. I’m also healing from a broken bone and I know this has been a good extra boost in helping with healing that bone so well(and quickly!) I put this on auto order, I believe it helps that much!

Orange tastes amazing 🤩
My daughter cannot get enough of this. I must say myself the taste is incredible. Tastes like orange soda. That being said I wish the magnesium effect was a bit stronger. I got these for constipation issues and like that it has a full spectrum of other beneficial minerals and vitamins. It does work to some extend but not as well as other magnesium products and only at 4-5full droppers which seems a bit too much since dosage is only 2. Perhaps it’s the fact that it’s coupled with calcium since it can interfere with magnesium… 5 stars for taste and 3 for effectiveness so I’m giving it a solid 4.

Great product
My vitamin D is always low, but since using this as a Supplement, both of my doctors has questioned how my vitamin D is no longer low. Highly recommended

Easy to use
Great value. Also, a great way to not have to swallow big pills. The tincture is easy and works even better than the pills. Love it

Okay Supplement, but Not a Standout for Me
This liquid mineral supplement has a lot going for it on paper, with a great combination of magnesium, calcium, zinc, and added vitamins like D3 and K2. I also liked that it’s vegan and easy to take as liquid drops. That said, my experience was just okay. I didn’t notice a big difference in sleep or leg cramps, and the taste wasn’t my favorite. It may work well for others, but for me, it didn’t stand out enough to repurchase. Overall, it’s decent, but results can vary depending on your needs.

My dietitian read the label and said this is a trustworthy one based on the nutrition label. I like the lemon flavor.
