Good item, but the instructions are worthless
Works great on the back of the . I zip-tied a milk crate to it, and now my kid can cart stuff around on the bike. It was kind of a bear to install, and the instructions are...less than helpful. Follow the pic and use common sense, and it goes together ok (I had to take apart and reinstall only one piece of it). If you're mechanically minded, it should be no problem.

Instructions would really help
Should have read other reviews before buying, the lack of ANY instructions was frustrating. Also, the one I got had the round bars that attach the rack to the bike, NOT the thin metal screw-on strips as pictured in the posting, and having never used the bars before, took a bit to figure out. It seems very sturdy and holds my bike pannier bags far enough back to avoid my shoes as the pedals rotate, but I do worry about there being so many screws, any of which could loosen eventually and ruin my day while out on the trail or road. Time will tell, right? This might be a case of you get what you pay for, no reason installing a bike rack should take an hour in my view.

It works
I have been looking for a cargo rack that would work for my e-bike. Takes a bit of adjusting here and there to get it right where you wanted but it works well. As for weight. I don’t use it to carry heavy loads but to carry a small bag with essential items for riding and emergency use. Great value for what you use it for.

Loose and rickety
I was a little disappointed with this bicycle cargo rack, no only do the directions not help but the pieces are very frail and anemic. I decided not to install it because I didnt want to risk the fasteners loosening from vibration and one or the pieces getting caught in my back tire doint 25 mph down the road. This thing really needs to be upgraded with either wedge washers or nylon nuts to keep them from backing off and causing a catastrophe.

Nice rack
Good product, instructions on to put it together was a little confusing but figured it out.

Terrible design
This is one of the worst designs of a product that I’ve ever seen: 1. It takes hours to install as the instructions are not clear and the parts are so difficult to handle. 2. Once your are using it, it just doesn’t hold its own weight, I didn’t even try putting more weight on it.

Great rack, but you'll lose nuts over time with regular bumps.
Edit: Yep, I had it for less than a week and I missed applying loctite to 1 nut and the vertical strut fell off during a ride and I didn't notice until I was home. Well I guess it's not a lot of money to be out, but still dissapointing. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Very adjustable, but almost too much so. This rack has a huge number of degrees of freedom when setting it up. In fact, there's so many adjustment points that if you might spend around an hour of your time installing it. The hardware that it comes with are regular nuts, not locking nuts. The small rear plate at the back may be helpful to some, but I found it incredibly annoying. It's funny that you can even see the manufacturer bent it upwards themselves in some of the pictures. The price is excellent for what you get, but you get what you pay for. I suggest installing it once, then using locktite on all the nuts or buying some replacement nuts that won't shake loose with vibration. Also, take a pair of channel locks and bend that plate up before installing it, unless you really plan to mount a light or license plate or something to it.
