I have used the Lenovo V15, 14th Generation, fitted with the Intel Core i5-13420H processor, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB SSD, for quite a long period, and I must say that it has worked very well. The full HD 15.6-inch screen is sharp, the system is fast, and school work and long daily uses are likewise handled flawlessly. My children use it for their classes and homework, and it has proved to be durable enough to handle the usual accidental drops, heavy typing, and general rough usage. The cooling is effective, the build quality is solid, and Windows 11 Pro runs smoothly. With this laptop, there is great performance, stability, and actual durability for school and home use.

Hii dear Amazon , I was facing too many problem on return this lapto. I placed a return request on 14 march 2025 since then courier service make a missed call but did not came to pick up this laptop The laptop problem is battery issues and very poor built quality. Also I tried to to contact Amazon customer care it's showing unavailable. Please do need full to take your item back and refund my money thank you.

Good but the charger is type D and here where I live we use have only the british type G. And I had a very difficult time trying . to find a convert to solve this problem And it is not mentioned in the details . I hope they put a charger suitable based on the country . The keyboard is only in English alphabet too however I needed Arabic keyboard

Machine is good but the body is very poor quality. To say anything about speed I feel to early. Currently it is new and in early days everything performance is good

Nice computer for home use

works as expected. However, had to hire a "windows expert" to get this set up the way I wanted it set up and to move everything from an older windows PC. There are many default windows settings that really need to be set up and managed correctly (lots of privacy issues/settings) Great PC but needs proper setup, refresh, and updates
