It is a good protien in this price range. Its taste is good , protein content is also good. It gets mixed easily , texture is also very smooth. It is much required for day to day life.

This product is filled with artificial sweetner. Doesn't mix easily with lukewarm milk. Quantity of protein is less too. They suggest to take 20gm scoop twice which affectively gives half the protein like 10gm per scoop. But with extreme sweetness I cannot drink even 1 scoop full. Will not buy again.
