Best gummies ever!! I unfortunately deal with chronic insomnia. I’ve tried dissolving tablets, prescribed pills, OTC sleeping pills (ex: Unisom) other brands of gummies, liquids, etc.. You name it, I’ve probably tried it. Unfortunately the other forms were not very palatable and always left a bad chemical like aftertaste or gritty grainy feeling. I always start with low doses first of whatever brand and form I am trying, and then increase as needed until I achieve desired results, which is ultimately a nice restful sleep. A nice lasting sleep where I am not awake an hour later. Only issue is that with higher doses and prescriptions I suffered from VERY lucid trippy dreams and more frequent nightmares, or waking up extremely groggy. I originally got these for my extremely ADHD child to try, because their sleep schedule was thrown off over the summer and we needed to get back on our school time routine. They were low dose, and had great reviews that really convinced me to give these a shot. They worked wonders. They worked so well for my child that I decided to try the leftover ones for myself, and although my expectations were low at first my opinion soon changed. - First of all, they freaking work amazingly. They don’t make me feel like one second I’m awake and the next I’ve passed out. - Secondly, they taste amazing. There is a fruity flavor that tastes amazing but it’s not overpowering. There’s no gritty or grainy texture or horrible chemical like aftertaste. - Third, they don’t stink in the container like some other forms of items I have tried. - Lastly, I don’t have the terrible lucid dreams and nightmares that always leave me feeling unrested and groggy when I wake up.

This are so far amazing, day 3 and my son had done great! I was super skeptical. I go by product reviews on Amazon! I mean why not !!!! He has ADHD combination- not hyperactive necessarily but has trouble sleeping at the end of the day due to his meds. Takes about 30-45 mins to kick in has slept all night and woke up happy and very productive and ready to go not sleepy at all!!!!! This is amazing product, tried it myself ! No smell and taste is great! Will buy again. Worth money. Thank you! :)

These gummies work perfectly. The smell is kid friendly, my 6&2.5 yr old definitely get better sleep quality.

Just IMHO, but our family avoids ALL those supposedly natural sugar substitutes like Stevia, Monkfruit, etc. They taste like crap and we'd be willing to bet they someday discover health issues with them. Nothing wrong with the tiny (2g) amount of real sugar that's in one of these gummies, and they taste great. AND they're reasonable priced.

Works well. My children enjoy the taste.

These work very well. They help my 7 year old granddaughter fall asleep and get a good nights rest. They help her settle down and stop her restlessness.

Works good to put my 8 y/o to sleep. We gradually decreased from 5mg melatonin (not this brand) to this 1mg and no issues. He sleeps good, it works quickly, Tastes good, not too chewy. It practically melts with saliva as soon as you chew it.
