Worth it!
Love this product! My daughter has had digestive issues for a long while. We did this test and discovered what agitated her tummy. We stopped/cut back on eating the items that are inflammatory to her and her digestive issues are gone! It’s easy to use, I was nervous I was going to mess it up, but we figured it out! If you struggle with digestive issues I think this is something that is incredibly helpful! It gives you a baseline on how to modify your diet. I think it’s a very useful tool and worth it!

Food and vitamin sensitivity tests by hair sample
This food intolerance test uses hair samples. The kit comes with instructions that are easy to follow in mailing materials to mail the trimmings back by USPS. First, you have to register with the barcode number. Within a few days you get messages that the results report is available. There are numerous findings and I’m not sure how easy this to figure out how to change your diet.

not helpful at all
this test was not helpful at all, they make it extremely hard to get your money back with their "money back guarantee"

Interesting and helpful
This is a good kit. It is well packaged and was fairly easy to register. I did have a few problems, but they were all self inflicted. No fault of the manufacturer. Instructions were clear; cut a few hairs close to the roots and send them in. Easy enough. Results came back quickly - just a couple days after they received my "sample." The report was very impressive and very complete. Tons of information regarding everyday things that my body was sensitive to. I was confused at first, though. First off, the results were almost overwhelming. But their website did a good job of explaining things. So with that out of the way, I started looking. I was not at all sensitive to cats, which I found very odd since I'm highly allergic to them. Dogs on the other hand showed a sensitivity. I'm not allergic to them. So it left me somewhat confused as far as environmental sensitivities. However, the food sensitivities were nice if you're looking to do some sort of elimination diet. Yes, it is a lot of work, but if you're struggling to determine what foods could be causing you issues, this is a very good start. I cannot compare this to other similar options. But I was satisfied with the results. I have begun to eliminate some foods that were tagged as being "bad" for my body. I haven't noticed a difference yet, but we will see.. Worth a try if you're suffering and need a place to start in order to determine sensitivities.

Seems Unreliable
I tried 2 different food sensitivity tests and found this one to be lacking. The kit was well packaged, easy to use, and the results were very fast. The issue I had was that the information was not helpful. It was totally different than the other sensitivity test I had tried. The reason I believe this test was incorrect instead of the other one, was that there are 2 known allergies I have that it said I had no trouble with. There were also instances of them asking for reviews and pushing other products on their users. I would probably keep looking for another test.

Easy to use
Food allergies have plagued me since my childhood. I needed something inexpensive yet effective to finally get piece of mind. I learned a lot of valuable information from the test. I can't say if this is as accurate as going to the doctor's office, but I like that I have a solution that I can use at home. Great buy for me!

Good Customer Support, Registration Broken, Pushy Extras
The kit arrived with everything needed to collect and mail off the sample. Registration was more frustrating than it should have been. After going through a fairly lengthy process, the website told me my kit wasn’t registered. Customer support replied the next day to confirm that it had been, so their system clearly has some glitches. To their credit, support was quick and efficient in resolving the issue. During registration I was asked a lot of detailed health questions. I wasn’t comfortable providing that information, and I also wasn’t sure why it was necessary. Since the point of the test is to tell me what’s wrong, I skipped them by using the 'I don’t know' option. At the end I was also offered additional paid tests, which felt pushy. After registering I received a confirmation email with a 'satisfaction guarantee' and a note saying I’d be reminded to leave an Amazon review 'at the end of our journey together'. That came across as spammy and unnecessary - reviews are optional, not part of a process. The results came back quickly, just one day after the company received my sample. The report is clear and easy to read. Results are grouped into Intolerance, Toxicity, and Nutrition, with further categories like Sleep, Stress, Inflammation, and Anti-Aging. Items are labeled Intolerant, Mild, or Beneficial, with a scoring system that isn’t fully explained but seems to indicate the level of intolerance. Customer support followed up by text at a couple of points, letting me know when the kit had been received and checking if I had questions. Whether this test is worthwhile depends on how much you trust hair-based testing. If you do, this company provides detailed results and seems to handle support well, though the registration process and marketing touches could use improvement.
