I have been using for 3 weeks to assist peri menopause symptoms itchy skin. I use twice a day and it has really reduced symptoms. Has a very mild inoffensive smell. Great texture have used small amounts all over body and I have sensitive skin no reaction at all .

This cream is amazing. I'm 51 and my skin is incredibly soft. Stays soft all day and doesn't need a session application.

This Wild Yam cream from NIFEISHI is all natural and looks like actual butter! It goes on to the skin nicely and feels silky and pleasant. It is very lightly scented and is versatile - it can be applied pretty much anywhere on the body and face. I feel like it nourishes well and I am impressed by the look and feel of the cream. Overall I'm happy enough with this, so far so good. Of course it is early days and too early for me to speak of any health benefits but the cream seems high quality and well made and I am happy to keep using it for the foreseeable future. I haven't felt much in the first week or so of using it, but importantly I haven't had any ill-effects either. I guess I will have to wait and see with my fingers crossed that the health benefits are real and manifest themselves. Given the relatively low cost of the tub I may well look to order more in the long run.

I was having pre men. Troubles. Having hot flashes after having some.medication then trouble was gone but i feel very hot and skin is drying and felt very uncomfortable . Since yesterday after using the cream i felt very relaxed and fast to sleep very easily. I feel that i am in a refrigerator 🙂👍 , great product

Absorbed into skin soft and smooth. Nice smelling.

Does the job

I do not intend to open and use it on my skin any Chinese cosmetics. So I wish they were described clearly. It goes straight to the BIN.
