works great. I have an inner ear condition that causes vertigo symptoms. I keep one with me at all times. Helps with the vertigo nausea.

Keep items on hand just in case we needed them for our flight and cruise. Never had to use them but smelling them through the packaging. They smell good. Might even carry in my purse in case of I need a pick me up or a good smell throughout the day.
