I was a one footed jumper and I developed a terrible knee pain on my left knee. I did do other things such as massaging it, stretching/exercising it, and basically stopped jumping heavily on that one foot. This brace helped my recovery and I would put it on whenever I played or was just shooting around. Definitely helped as now I do not experience nearly as much pain as before as long as I do not jump on it a lot. Even then, the brace remedies some of that stress on the knee. Fits nice and snug and only slides down a little if I’m sweating really hard. The build quality is legit too.
