Completely addicting, I've been using mine for about a week or more and it's holding up well. Always perfect power, the levels allow for adjustment (my preferred levels are 5 - 9) and I'm finding more ways of exercising with the plate. What I love the most is just standing on it while adjusting the vibes - it seems to take away any aches and pains that develop over time. Sort of like the process of "rolfing", manipulating the joints to loosen up the fascia and relax the aches. The size is good considering I can push it towards the wall when not in use, but it isn't too heavy to tote to other rooms so I don't disturb anyone else in the house. The pad is okay on my feet since I usually wear socks or shoes, but when I'm balanced in a plank position with my hands or forearms on the pad, I use a towel on the plate so that's it's more comfortable. Overall very easy to use, easy to clean, the only drawback is how loud the initial "voice" is when I turn it on. The animals run from the room but I think they're getting used to it (they return after it gets going).

Awesome honestly best thing ever. I started with 10 min 5 days a week now I do 20 mins and incorporate squats, side leg lefts and arm exercises then I 5 mins with just my arms on it. I already worked out but this is much softer on my joints and is good for lymph drainage and toning. I’ve been doing it for a month and my husband just said to me my legs look toner. It really works you just need to be consistent like with anything. Good purchase. Good for none Density too

Works really well and liked the color but ended up returning it due to the high pitched sound it made it was annoying. Bought another model. Remote is kind of cheap

We use this in the house to maximize our workouts, muscle recovery, stimulation for our adhd kiddo, and effective lymphatic drainage. Our son gets stimulation and energy regulation after using this to do his homeschooling. This size isn’t too light, but is light enough that we can easily move it around the house. Since using, I have also noticed I am not feeling as swollen when I wake up. I believe my blood circulation is definitely improving. Overall, great quality for the price.

Quality feel, nice rubber top. Has a very powerful motor that you can really feel. Don't matter if its your first time or a seasoned pro. Has 10 power settings, automatic turn off and very easy to setup and use.

I researched other options and the reviews— plus clinician reviews— led me straight to this brand and this model. As a more sedative almost 63-year old, my lifestyle slowed way down years ago after hip replacement, and walking as excercise is no longer enjoyable but this allows me multiple options to do either elbow-, sitting-, back- and calves- besides standing vibration. I love it. I feel like I’m doing self care & it honestly feels good AFTER use since I have a desk job. I try to do 10mins most mornings and then again in the evening before bed. I’m a believer in this.

It does what it says, I’ve had it maybe 6 months using it once a day. It did make me feel sick the first few times with the vibration so I built up to 10. I don’t really think it helps with loosing weight(that’s what I got it for).

I was pleasantly surprised with the product. Did not know what to expect. It arrived quickly. Easy to use and it has been great with my lower back pain so far. I have been using it for 5 weeks. It really helps with the stiffness I wake up with and i have found that it has improved my circulation as well.
