I wanted to buy a budget 5g phone for my wife having following criteria:- 1. Superb design 2. Good Ram and ROM 3. Good camera if not Superb 4. Good screen if not best 5. No bloatware and stock android 6. And finally, Good battery with day day performance as my wife don't play game. I am truly happy to share that this phone has exceeded my expectations in every corner. Actually, I was little skeptical about the screen as it is only HD plus, however to my surprise, it is best HD plus display I have every seen. Not much difference. Camera also exceeded my expectations, though little improvement is required in white exposure. And surprisingly, it is from indian brand Lava. Long live Lava!! Keep doing great. I am owing samsung but I swear If Lava keeps doing this, my next phone will be from Lava. Everyone in my family and friends praised this. My true words. Few things which was a true surprise as I didn't expect at all in this price segment:- 1. Haptics (best means best, even better than premium segment phones) 2. Screen color reproduction is sometimes equal to that of Amoled, though not always. But believe me HD plus display will not be a regret. 3. awesome Ram management and UFC 2.1 will definitely make your feel of using a premium phones 4. Looks - not even 25 to 30k phone will come near to this. Though, some cons are also there- 1. Slow charger - takes around 3 hours to charge battery, though battery backup is Superb. 2. Video lags in 2k 60 FPS, though work fine in 1080 60 fps. This really requires efforts from Lava as it is possible to improve via update. 3. Camera white exposure and portrait mode requires improvements. 4. Background stream - in review videos, option of background stream like YouTube is shown, however in reality, I am unable to see this. Please get this done with an update. 5. Last but not least - place of fingerprint sensor or power key sometimes feel uncomfortable for new user. Though, not an issue after some days use. If the above issues are possible to resolve, please resolve Lava. No phone can come close to this pure stock android experience in this price range. However, the way you have made a come back in indian market is Superb. All the best my indian company. Keep doing great.

What Works Well Premium design for the price: The glass back in “Glass Green” gives it a surprisingly upscale look and feel, with a matte finish that many reviewers appreciate 5G support & decent performance: Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset, it offers solid day-to-day performance and speeds on India’s 5G networks—great value at this price point . Smooth display experience: A 6.5″ HD+ IPS screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and basic multimedia consumption feel fluid . Clean software experience: Users report a stock-like Android experience, “best stock Android phone under 15 k,” with few bloatware issues ------------------------------------------------------ Where It Falls Short Relatively heavy: Weighing in at ~207 g, it feels noticeably heavier and bulkier compared to its competitors Limited display resolution: The HD+ (720×1600) panel is bright and smooth but lacks sharpness—fine for everyday use but not ideal for high-definition content . Average battery and charging: While the 5,000 mAh battery lasts a full day, the included 12 W charger is slower than the supported 15 W, meaning charging can drag . Camera limitations: The 50 MP rear camera performs adequately in daylight but struggles in low light, and lacks features like optical image stabilization or high-resolution selfie options

I ordered this phone on Saturday 11th November and got it within 24 hours, so Amazon's delivery deserves 5 stars. Coming to the positives of the product - The phone is a good value for money. Getting a 5g phone under Rs. 10000/- is a deal. The battery life is also amazing, getting me 1.5 days on my usage pattern. Clean android, I like it, else on my previous phones I would spend a lot of time removing bloatware. Excellent display clarity, vibrant colours on display. Being clean android, boot time is faster, setup is faster, even factory reset gets over quickly. Very good response time, apps open fast, smooth multi-tasking, and I am not a gamer. Speaker for music playback is loud and clear. The issues with the phone - Software glitch on display. When I delete a widget, the widget is still seen in the home screen. if I delete an app, the app icon is still seen on the home screen or app drawer. If you scroll the app drawer, the deleted app icon follows you. You need to turn off the screen or start and close another app to sort this issue out. Call volume is not loud, compared to music playback volume. In noisy places there will be a difficulty in hearing the person on the other end. Camera is not that great, at times pictures will look nice in the gallery, but when you transfer it to a computer you will see grains, over exposure. The vibrator is not very strong and not very audible. At times I am not able to hear it even if the phone is kept on a table. You can't feel it in your pocket. There is an option, Vibrate on call connect. When you call someone and when they answer the call the phone is supposed to vibrate. This feature worked on my old phone, but in this phone, even after this option enabled it does not work. Another issue is when you use any app that requires the internet connectivity (mobile data) such as the browser or the playstore, the app cannot access the internet for atleast 3-4 seconds. After you search for some information in the browser or you type a website address, you need to wait for 3 seconds for the browsing to start. When you open the playstore, you need to wait for 3-4 seconds for it to show all the apps and even then the loading is incomplete, as you scroll down you will see the page loading slowly. The support from the manufacturer - LAVA on these issues is bad, it has been more than 7 days, after giving them my phone for extracting my log files to check the error and everytime I call the service manager he keeps asking for more time and more time. Please be aware selling a product is not as important as servicing it or supporting it. Not a good experience with LAVA.
