I wanted to get the copper necklace because copper helps my body to balance and does a lot of things that will be good for it. But when you are having menopause and sweating all the time is not safe to wear copper around the neck. Cuz that's where women sweat the most when women are menopausing. I guess rubbing my neck and it was burning and irritated. So I asked my friend what's going on with my neck . there was seven marks on my neck my skin was peeled off and it was red and sore and blistered. So now I do not use this necklace I will only use a copper bracelets. cuz my wrist don't sweat. They gave me a full refund and they told me to keep the necklace. I still have the necklace. I do not wear it cuz it's really dark black and I'm not even wearing it. So it's not worth getting this necklace. to me it's just spent the money that I didn't need to. So for all you women don't get the necklace if you are menopausing. You're better off getting the bracelet it will do better benefits for your health.
