Great products, regardless of supplement requested, and unlike most other brands, Solgar is Kosher which arguably indicates purity, similar to organic, but with applied blessings.

After almost two weeks, my husband is experiencing a surge in energy after taking these Solgar B Complex vitamins along with Solgar’s VM 75 multivitamins. Beyond the company’s logo, Solgar has consistently been the ‘gold standard’ for vitamins in our family.

I’ve tried a few reputable B-complex vitamin supplements. The Solgar is by far the least invasive re: offensive sulfur smell. Perhaps because of the ingredients are in an encapsulated form. Carlson’s gels by contrast, though non-vegan, have the pungent aroma but their ease of swallowing trumps many options on the market. While I do my best to purchase vegan supplements whenever possible, Carlson’s products had me feeling a bit on the higher-energy side. Obviously there’s no scientific evidence to substantiate my claim. I do know however the way different products make me feel. If only Carlson got rid of the gelatinous ingredients I’d be a customer for life. That said - Solgar is a solid vegan alternative when it comes to getting those essential nutrients our bodies need.

That's my (personal) opinion. The more-than-enough (MDR +) doses of important B vitamins seems like a solid blend. I've seen B-100 (really mega-doses!) and different ratios between the components, but there's no magic exact science or "best for everyone" rule. This covers it all, and was first recommended to me at an upscale (i.e., expensive) nutrition/vitamin store. Sort of on the expensive side, and I've since found it less expensively at a local independent pharmacy. But they were out of it when I needed it. So... Amazon! Quick, competitive pricing, packaged well, end of story.
