Love the story and the illustration is beautiful. I will buy it again as a gift for my niece.

This book 📖 had great life lessons. The characters were from different cultures so it really holds your interest. The characters were fun and very caring. I enjoyed this book from start to finish

My daughter has read this book several times. The topic it covers is very relevant for teenage girls and shows them real-life situations they will all face sooner or later.

The art style is cute, but the story is kinda mid so far. A lot of the dialogue is “blah blah blah” which I kind of get since it’s supposed to show how she doesn’t understand the language much but this makes it a little less interesting and less reading. I haven’t finished it yet but I hope it gets better. Still nice tho

I had no idea what this book was about or that it was comic book style. My daughter wanted this book because she saw it at her school book fair. I purchased it on amazon because it was way cheaper than the fair. This book is about a girl that faces the struggles of moving and going to a new school, and experiences the gift of Mother Nature. This really resonated with my daughter since we just moved and she’s the new girl at school. We haven’t started our period yet over here but this was a nice way to introduce it. My daughter really enjoyed the book and all the different languages within it. The back of the book has a glossary so you know what all the French, Romanian, and Chinese words mean.

I just got This book for me because I just moved from Virginia To North Carolina so yeah So I am at a new school As well so I am also a new girl In the story I talked about her having a. And I am sorry to also get my period. Otherwise A good story to Read and I had A really good experience And I just feel like this book is about me so and I enjoyed that.

My tween's favourite graphic novel. She's read it multiple times and has a wonderful coming of age story throughout.
