This posture corrector has been a simple yet key purchase to keep at my desk. The best part is I can take it apart and use it how I need to. I even use it as a roller on my shoulders which feels nice. I work from home and sit in front of a computer all day which is definitely affecting my posture. I decided to give this a try to help alleviate some lower back pain and correct my posture. Very happy with it!

I didn't expect too much from a product like this but it works in a way that doesn't require much thought. After a few days of using I started to feel my muscle memory kick in and my posture improve. Also found it released tension I didn't realize I had in my shoulders. No complicated parts, slim, light weight, and high quality materials. Also arrived in less than 24hrs. Another solid Amazon W.

This product looks good in the picture but when you take it out the box and assemble it, it's not strong enough to actually crack your back. I feel like I wasted my money because it's to no use to me out of the box. It never cracked my back. I use it over and over and all it does is slide up and down and doesn't secure anything sturdy that could be used to crack my back. I actually wish I bought the other backcracker that's more properly used on TV. I was about to buy the more popular one and I saw this one. This one caught my attention because it's made of wood but just because it's made of wood doesn't mean it's sturdy and it's strong enough to crack your back. So I got duked so I left a review so no one else gets duked

I have back/neck issues and spend a lot of time at my desk for work. After a long day, my posture is all sorts of messed up. I've tried back braces and normal stretching routines over the years which help a bit, but I was looking for something new and different to help me out. After seeing this posture corrector I figured I'd give it a go, and I'm really glad I did! After just the first stretch I could tell this was targeting problem areas on my back in ways I wouldn't be able to on my own. It provides a nice deep stretch and feels like a factory reset after a long day sitting in front of a computer. Material quality is good and the little stretching guide that comes with it is well-written and very helpful. Highly recommend this product to anyone in a similar situation!
