I received this heat press about a month ago. I wanted to use it for a while before I give my honest review. So far I really like the heat press. I went from a Cricut easy press to this clamshell one. **Personally it’s a huge relief not having to press down on my shirts like I had to with the Cricut easy press. I can just put it in there and that’s it. **I love the slide out drawer and I LOVE the color. It has space for a sweater with no hoodie. I haven’t tried a hoodie yet. I think you would have to make it upside down. **I’ve timed it and it takes 10 mins in between for the temp to get to where you want it or if you need to change it. Which is not a bad wait time in my opinion. **It makes a very small beeping sound once it’s done. Which I love. I’ve heard other peoples heat presses on their videos and some of them are loud and annoying shrieking sounds. As you can see in the video this one is not. **It heats up evenly for me. I haven’t had a problem with the heat. The ONLY thing I have noticed that is a little weird for me is the temp. So if you look at the video the temp was supposed to be at 350. But the temp NEVER stays on what I put it on. You can see in the video it makes this sound and keeps changing temperature. Has that affected the items that I have made? No. Which is why it doesn’t bother me. But it makes me wonder why it does this. Is this normal? I’ve you tubed other heat press videos and I have seen some peoples different heat presses do the same so I’m not sure if this is just normal. **The clamp is easy to open for me. In my opinion. I push down on the pressure knob and pull the clamp up and open it. I haven’t had a problem at all at different pressures. **I did purchase a warranty just incase. Overall I am enjoying the heck out of my heat press and have had no issues as of yet and it’s been a month so far. Hoping for the best.

Great press for a beginner. Hard to lift but it works well.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! Don't buy this press to bad I can't give it a zero, I've had it for 3 months and I had a very important job to do ended up ruining my shirts and temperature would say 275 then 2 seconds later 300 and jumping back up and down burn 3 shirts. Then the press got so hot and started smoking had to unplug it, thought it was going to catch on fire. Its a hazard, and if you are constantly pressing shirts it not a good investment. Now I cant return or have anyone to call or email to try to get a replacement. So time to shop for another one while I lose money thanks.

Has a smooth slide-out lower platen—it makes placing and removing items safer and easier, especially for avoiding hand burns. Great for beginners and small businesses PROS: - Reliable heating and consistent results - Affordable price point -Perfect for shirts Cons: - It's kind of difficult to open the press initially (solved by adjusting pressure knob) - Limited advanced features compared to higher-end models I bought to upgraded from a smaller press. I had a 9 by 12 which made it difficult to press large images on shirts. And my old press had a very strong odor when on and this one doesn't which was a plus for me 👍🏻
