El producto estuvo funcionando bien por 1 mes aproximadamente, sin embargo comenzó a fallar, al desplazarse en la piscina tendía a levantarse de la parte de enfrente o trasera, quedando en posición vertical; la falla fue en aumento al grado de que ya no se sumerge en la alberca, se mantiene flotando. al solicitar ayuda del vendedor, este menciona que no puede ayudar ya que no atienden la parte técnica, considero que debiera de ser un servicio integral y debe de dar solución al problema. Producto de mala calidad no lo recomiendo.

I wasn't sure at first but love this vacuum now. When I first put it in it was around the pool but missing some spots but I have used it a few times now and it seems to have my pool mapped out and it does a great job. My pool is just under 20,000 gallons and is a 16'X30' rectangle and is 8' deep in the deep end. I haven't used the multi-day cleaning modes and just use the all over (not walls then floor) mode. It goes for exactly two hours and then stops. It goes to a wall and sits there. It would be easier if it went to the shallow end to park but it's not a big deal to fish it out of the deep end with the provided hook. It does really well on the water line as well. I did not have to use the floats that come with it and it has no problems in all of the depths. My stairs are skinny so it does not have enough room to get up on them but I brush the pool down once a week so I am not worried about the stairs. We have had our pool for nine years now and this is the first automatic vacuum we have used. That was dumb. LOL! No cords or any other hassles and it's easy to clean once done. I pull it out, pull the basket/filter out and rinse that off, and then set them both up on the patio to dry. Once dry, I plug it in to let it charge and it's ready to use the next day. I use it three times a week and have no more worries about having to get hoses and everything else out. Love this!!

To my surprise, I received a response the same day. Not only did they explain that this vacuum actually comes with a two-year warranty, but they immediately sent me a prepaid return shipping label. As soon as they saw the tracking number, they shipped out a replacement unit — fast and hassle-free. I genuinely cannot express how impressed I am, not just with the product, but with the company standing behind it. Things break sometimes, especially when used daily, but they truly backed up their warranty. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be buying more products from this brand. Highly recommended.

Er macht alles supi sauber und man kann ihn sehr einfach bedienen. Unser Pool ist oval und er erreicht alle Stellen ohne Probleme. Leichte Reinigung vom Filter. Alles Top.

I was pleasantly surprised with how this cordless robot pool vacuum cleaned my pool. For years we used a suction side vacuum with the hose connected to the pool skimmer. Every time this old vacuum climbed the walls it would suck air, which caused the pump to lose its prime. No worries with the robotic cordless, hoseless, Winny Pool Cleaner which climbs the walls with ease. It cleans everything from fine sand to large leaves and other organic debris. The battery life is long enough to thoroughly clean my in ground Gunite pool. I even tried it in my spa and it worked great. However, I did not find the app very helpful beyond setting up the cleaning pattern for my pool. I highly recommend this product.
