The Build quality for this is perfect and sturdy, it is a perfect fit for the skillet that I use and requires a simple rinse after use which makes it easy to clean. Excellent value for money as it is the perfect weight that gives me the best outcome when cooking my steaks

Brilliant cast iron press, it was heavy for me to lift but for anyone else it had weight to it. Best result is to season the press and light clean it and always dry otherwise it will get rusty. Otherwise, brilliant kitchen/BBQ utensil!

This makes creating burgers--trendy 'smash burgers' no less--so easy that there's no reason to buy pre-formed burgers any more. Grab some mince, season to taste, and go!

We were really pleased with this. Me and the other half bought after some research on a quest to make the best burger we could. The size was ample and build quality was a pleasant surprise and good value for money. The ease of cleaning was the first benefit we noticed after use as it was clean in moments as part of the washing up - just clean with a sponge but make sure you dry well to avoid rust. It comes out of the box ready to go so 5/5 for ease of use - we used it the day it arrived and made delicious, lovely shaped burgers and have since made some brilliantly seared steaks so the functionality is everything we wanted it to be. This bacon press is the right size for my skillet. I don't like it when the ends curl up and don't really get cooked through, so using this press is awesome. It has a smooth bottom so it's easy to clean, does not stick to the bacon. It is not heavy so it is easy to find a place in which to put it, and the quality is apparent. Very nice.
