One of the standout features is the 4-way adjustable armrests, allowing me to customize the height, width, depth, and angle to perfectly suit my posture and desk setup. The inclusion of a seat slider is another thoughtful addition, enabling me to adjust the seat depth for optimal thigh support. Ordered this as my first purchase of the new year for my WFH setup and I could not have been more disappointed. The fit, finish, packaging, delivery, nothing was acceptable, not even one point! The box was skewed in the delivery, and while Amazon mentioned that two people would carry the product, only one guy got it to my house, and was tossing it around with no regard. On unboxing things were even worse, the legs show signs of rusting, and the plastic used to make the overall chair was so dirty and flimsy. Even while attempting to fix the screws while assembly for the first time, the plastic inserts stated grating away, and did not expect this from a decent brand. The chair had a date stamp sticker of September 2025, however, it was slapped on top of another sticker which read August 2023, and that gives me reason to think if I would buy from this brand ever again. Funny enough there was no paperwork in the box, not even a single page manual, which comes standard!! The only saving grace are the wheels, which are smooth, but other than that this product does not offer any value for money at all. Highly recommend to not make the mistake of purchasing this product. The height of the armrest is small even on full expansion, and the headrest is so far, that it’s actually pointless. While this product does advertise as designed for broad shoulders, unfortunately I started having shoulder pain after being on this for only a couple of hours, and went back to my old chair that I was intending to replace with this one. Overall, not meant for me, or anyone who’s even slightly well built. Save your money and look for somewhere else.

Great product. Super comfortable. Was able to help get relief from back pain in couple of days. Referred to my friend as well too but the chair any they also loved it. Fits well in my wfh setup.

Arm Rest could have been a little softer, otherwise a solid product.

This chair is value for money , very comfortable and very to install.
