This was a present for my granddaughters 2nd birthday and she loved it ! My DIL took a short time to put it together and it was a hit! Lots of laughs watching the cars race around the tracks. Fun gift for sure.

This was easy to put together and the grandkids love it. Some matchbox cars work with it, but you really should buy the Wheelies cars. They are so expensive, but they all work really well with the track. If you dont want to mortgage the house to buy wheelies, more than half of the matchbox cars have the shape and weight that will work.

This toy race track is fabulous! When it first arrived I did not have high hopes as the box it came in looked like it had first been given to a baby elephant to play with before shipping. There were punctures, tears and ripped tape. I feared maybe the toy would be broken or missing pieces but it was in perfect shape and all pieces accounted for. It was quite easy to put together as the instructions are very straight forward with shapes on the bottom of most of the larger pieces to match the shapes on the instructions. This toy is so much fun that even I have played with it a few times sending the cars down the 3 different tracks. My 2 year old grandson loves it! I feel this toy can span many ages for children as it is so fun!

Well, folks, buckle up because this review is a bit of a ride. It’s Christmas Eve, and I asked my husband to build this toy for our 2.5-year-old—easy enough, right? He grumbled a bit (standard), opened the box, and started sifting through the pieces with the precision of a man on a mission. Meanwhile, I, in full-on mom mode, waltz in, drop a few random stocking stuffers right into his carefully arranged chaos, and somehow... somehow the top Hot Wheels piece goes MIA. Gone. Disappeared. Vanished like the Christmas spirit after a few too many eggnogs. Cue the frantic search. We scoured the stockings, the garage, even the neighbor's house (okay, not really, but I was this close). Nada. Zip. Zero. We even turned the house upside down in a Christmas Eve scavenger hunt worthy of its own reality show. Spoiler alert: the piece was still MIA. So here I am, holding out hope that Little People will send us a replacement part, because my holiday cheer depends on it. I’m giving this toy a solid 4 out of 5 stars—because if you ignore the missing piece and the frantic scrambling, it's a pretty great toy. But Christmas Eve should not involve a mystery puzzle. Moral of the story? Always check the box twice before calling it "good to go"… and never underestimate the power of one tiny orange piece to turn your holiday into a comedy of errors.
