This is really good. I followed the instructions and was surprised at the amount that was removed. I would recommend slightly warm warm water. Overall I would recommend this product.

I didn't have a high expectation of this product and was therefore amazed when, with the first filling of the syringe, it completely cleared the debris from the problem ear. It was simple, painless and not in the slightest uncomfortable. I used lukewarm water. I paid £8.85 for the kit and weighing that against the local cost of ear cleaning of £60-£90 convinces me it was an entirely worthwhile purchase with incredible value for money. I fully accept that not everyone's experience would be the same because it all depends on how much debris is in there and if it's impacted or not and of course if you've been using oil based drops or hydrogen peroxide beforehand - I had, for four days. I got a second chance to use this a year after I'd bought it when one of my ears blocked. Instead of waiting days for wax etc to soften using drops I employed the syringe straight away and it worked. It cleared the offending material out straight away.

Good kit overall. The drops softened the wax well and the syringe was easy to use. It took a couple of tries to fully clear my ears, but it worked in the end. Handy to have at home and safer than cotton buds.

I often have trouble with blocked ears and usually use one of the various solutions on the market. They are ok and will get the job done eventually, albeit with some finger nail excavating along the way. In the meantime though, my hearing gets slightly worse as the wax absorbs the fluid and swells slightly. This time I thought I'd give this product a go and I'm so glad I did. It not just works, it works very well indeed. I didn't use the Olive Oil drops supplied with the kit as I still had some other gloop left and thought I'd use that up first. A single dose of that to soften things up a bit and I went for the supplied syringe. Wowza! Out came a load of wax, clumps of grass, dead leaves, a pen top I'd been looking for, all sorts... Well ok, some of that I made up but you get the idea. It cleared my ear out with just two goes with the syringe and some warm water. Hearing is now fully restored and the plugged up feeling gone. This is an absolute bargain and does the job so well, so why pay £35 an ear for a professional to do it?

Dont think its effective

I was a little sceptical about this actually working, my ear was blocked, I couldn't hear anything at all and thought it would be a GP trip, but surprisingly it actually worked, definitely worth the £7 something than the £14 taxi ride to a surgery. I've not had any after issues, it's very safe and very easy to use.

What a revelation! I had tried oil to remove ear wax before, but rinsing it out in the shower produced nothing. However, using the special syringe filled with warm water really produced results! One caveat: after using this in both ears, I felt dizzy for a few minutes. Now I just do one ear at a time.

Depuis un moment j'avais l'oreille droite bouchée.J'ai utilisé l'huile durant 1 semaine,puis j'ai utilisé la seringue comme expliqué dans la notice.J'étais très sceptique,mais tout le cérumen est sorti!Et mieux encore, même un morceau de ouate(certainement un morceau détaché d'un coton tige).
