Well I'm over 50 so I'm not using this to work out .. the little blue pill is the same except this is increasing your ntric acid levels back to where they should be when you were younger so you function as you did younger .. oh and it's a great amino acid complex .. I'm a professional touring billiard player so I'm waking the table training about 7 hours a day and I can see the teardown in my shoulders ..

Fair product, not as potent as I might have thought, difficult to swallow.

I used to get a N/O supplement from a health store that was geared as a pre workout booster. They discontinued it, but I had such a good reaction to taking it, that I tried a few others. None had any noticeable effect whatsoever until I found this one. This one noticeably improves lung function and lowers my blood pressure while giving me energy and stamina at 1/3 or less the price of the one from the supplement store. This will be the only one I buy from now on. Thanks for providing a good product for an also very good price.

i tried a bottle of this in the past and really like it for circulation ---my hands were starting to go numb and after taking this product i no longer have that problem only problem i have is the fact that i had to pay shipping ----i was working with someone on Amazon on the phone so i didnt mess up when ordering .I ordered 3 bottles so my order would be over $25 to get freee shipp ing and instead i was cgarged shipping.

I'm pleased with the product, I feel more energetic and even younger at times, well worth the money.
