After a few try, it works just fine! Pictures don't show well how to put it on. After look at other similiar product and tried again, it works! And its actually pretty good, material is nice and soft and breathable, the hat part stay in place after I put it properly, the back of head, not around my neck like I first tried. Speak for myself, I was going to return it too at beginning, as it keeps sliding down. Then realized I put it wrong! Maybe the high return rate is due to not put it on properly like myself? If seller put on pictures with better instructions, maybe it will help?
