Works well, they are abrasive so brush gently. Read complaints about bristles and splinters.....out of 6 family members. I'm the only one that had a bristle come loose while brushing. So I'd say they are well made. Good product. Protect yourself from the plastic overpriced garbage of the "leading" brands.

I love this toothbrush. It feels wonderful on my teeth and gums and it feels like it does a much better job than my old plastic toothbrush. My mouth feels cleaner. The handle is comfortable to hold. Thank you for this great product!

No Plastic! No Microplastics when I brush! Very sturdy design and I like the feel of brushing with this instead of my battery powered one.

Overall, good product I wish the bristles were stiffer more like the plastic ones, but I get it. It’s all natural and better for you.

It's comforting to use a toothbrush without plastic or glue. Entirely eliminating plastic from my family's life feels impossible right now, but doing what I can is always possible. And thanks to Primals, offering myself and my family a plastic-free toothbrush is finally possible. If you don't like medium-firm bristles, their horse hair toothbrush is supposed to be more gentle. We like these bristles, not too firm but not too soft for us. The bristles do fall out sometimes, but we don't even care because this toothbrush isn't poisoning us or rendering us infertile. I just wish they had individual brushes for sale. Either way, I highly recommend these!

Definitely not for sensitive gum. While I like the idea of plastic free, but the bristles are too corse and sharp. My gum was bleeding after brushing. My husband just throw his away as he said it's hurting his gum too much. Not worth the high price. I can't return it since we already tried with it, but I didn't want to throw the rest away, I thought I could try with my dog for his daily teeth brushing rutine, would be nice to replace plastic toothbrushfor my dog. OMG my dog hates it too, he growls at me super loud and runs away after first attempt. The bristle also fell off when I was brushing my teeth. Now, I indeed found a good use of the brush, is to clean the stainless steel coffee filter for hand pouring coffee, the samll head fits the tip of the cone shape, that other cleaning brush can never reach, cleans coffee power residue efficiently.

I used this toothbrush twice now and feel it cleans better than the plastic. There is a texture change, but nothing that can't be accustomed to. Getting away from plastic is a good thing. We have been lied to for over 75 years, plastic seemed like such an improvement; yet is toxic to us and the environment.
