50m Zip Line Kit (Black) Heavy Duty For Adult Use Up To 20 Stone : desertcart.co.uk: Garden Review: Excellent for the price - Whilst planning the zip line I priced up getting the bits myself and struggled to find the same gage cable alone for the similar price of this whole kit, so price wise, excellent. But not perfect! Firstly, the box it is supplied in is woefully inadequate. This is heavy, so the single skin lightweight box had split open on 3 sides. Thankfully, I don't think anything was lost. Contrary to other reviews, there are instructions in the box, something I didn't find until part way through 🤦♂️! 50m of cable is heavy and therefore awkward to manage, I'd recommend having help, but in the end (and a few days of swearing) I did fit this myself. You *will* need a heavy duty cable puller to get the required tension. I opted for a cheap 2ton trailer puller and still struggled to get enough tension. You will *not* be able to do this with ratchet straps (I tried, and tried!). An in-line cable puller may have been the better option but as this was more expensive, I opted for trailer puller. With the numerous attempts to get tension, I went through a number of the cable bolts, the thread rounds off easily when they're under high pressure. The stop springs are smalle than in other kits and does result in a fairly sudden stop, I may invest in a longer spring but as this means having to dismantle the wire, I'm not looking forward to having to re-tension. All in, I'm happy with the kit. Definitely one of the best toys I've given the kids. My youngest has spent hours on this already Review: Compression springs are completely inadequate, resulting in very violent stopping. - The compression springs that come with this set are far too weak and far too short. Therefore they are completely ineffective at any radiant that the Zip Line is set at. This results in a near instantaneous deceleration, which is so violent it hurts both children and adults and because the spring is over compressed it deforms and no longer springs back to it original length.

Not as simple to install as one might think!!
Ridiculous amount of tension required to even get this off the ground. For the competent diy’er only!

Reçu en 4 jours. Facile à monter même si il faut prévoir un peu de monde pour tendre le câble de 50 m. Ne pas compter sur la notice d'installation qui est une google traduction très mauvaise, mais on trouve facilement des plan d'installation sur internet en bon français.

tyrolienne génial petit bémol sur les ressort de frein après 2 jour d'utilisation (avec une pente de 6%: soit 3 m sur 50 m) jusqu’à 120 kilo prévoir sangle, manille, et élingue pour l'installation

Bon produit, conforme à la description, produit d'origine anglaise, avec droits de douanes (non stipulé au départ) à régler au passage, le fabricant a été très ferplay puisqu'il les a remboursé après la livraison.

Nous avons réceptionné la tyrolienne... Mais il manque la poignée ! Une notice de montage serait la bienvenue... Bien déçus. On espère avoir un retour à nos messages et l'envoi de la poignée manquante.

Le produit semble de bonne qualité MAIS ! Comment le monter ? Il y a bien une traduction de notice "made in Google" c'est a dire en Français incompréhensible. Il s'agit tout de même de dispositifs pour des enfants engageant des montages sérieux et sécurisés. Quelques photos du montage auraient été les bienvenus ! Comment monter la poignée sur le chariot ? Comment accroche-on le siège ?, Rien sur le frein, Bref dém...dez-vous. Alors même si le produit est de bonne qualité, la vente doit-être accompagnée d'un minimum informatisations d'assemblage.
