I’ve had this for about 3 months, I have multiple little kids under the age of 8 and a golden retriever, and our backyard is dirt. We just install new tile but it is dark and shows EVERYTHING, and finding the time to keep it clean was beginning to feel like a never ending chore/nightmare. This thing is worth it and it works! I do have some tips for those who said it leaves streaking, so check that out below. I would have maybe given it 4.5 stars because I feel the cleaning solution could be a little stronger, but it is still so effective I don’t think it’s worth subtracting stars from the review. And my tips help that out a lot: 1. Use more soap (I found using 2-3 times the recommended amount works for us and leaves less streaking and residue. They don’t recommend using much so it doesn’t affect how quickly the bottle goes. And fortunately the refill bottle is 5x bigger than the small one that comes with the vacuum so it’s still price effective). 2. Replace the roller. Because we have such heavy duty cleaning that needs to be done, i plan to replace the roller at least every other month, although maybe I should replace it once a month I am just being cheap. Ordering replacement rollers is easy though! 3. Go over the same spot more than once. It’s like a regular mop, you can’t pass over things once and expect it to get perfectly clean. But 2-3 passes is usually sufficient. 4. Put it on the charging dock for self cleaning between rooms. Again, like a regular mop that needs rinsing every few feet, except this doesn’t need as much as that. But between cleaning rooms I’ll have it self clean, if the floors are especially dirty. And that seems to make a huge difference. 5. Occasionally when I want a deep clean, I “pre spray” the tile with Odoban tile cleaner (the blue packaged one) in an industrial spray bottle and then go over that with the Dreame. I know it says to never use another type of cleaner so this is my compromise if I want a super deep clean after I haven’t cleaned in several days. It seems to be fine, I have only done that twice though. And I have to empty the dirty water more often during the cleaning but otherwise doesn’t seem to affect the machine if I do it that way. Some other notes: battery is great. We have a 2050sqft home and even on days when I am mop vaccing everything it’s only ever gotten down to 40% so the battery lasts a great long time! If you forget to empty the dirty water tank it will start to smell. But it’s easy to empty and clean. I usually have it run the self clean cycle twice once I am completely done (again because we have so much dirt it needs to clean). It will still occasionally leave a streak, even after I have done all of this. But I think I only notice it because our tile is so dark. If it wasn’t for that I would not see it, and it leaves no residue, floors so clean and nice afterwards. Because I can use it every day, I don’t mind an occasional streak for having otherwise spotless floors! It’s worth the money in my opinion, I’m curious to see how long the life of the machine actually is with all the hard work it has to do at our house. But if it only lasted a year I would still consider it worth it for our personal sanity and home hygiene!

I’ve owned several floor cleaners from other well-known brands, and honestly, I had never even heard of Dreame before purchasing the H14. I took a chance — and wow, I am so glad I did. This thing is an absolute Cadillac. It’s buttery smooth, self-propelling, and SO easy to use. The weight is perfect — substantial enough to feel powerful, but not heavy or clunky at all. My previous cleaner was bulky and awkward, and I genuinely hated using it. This one? I actually want to clean. Performance-wise, it’s impressive: • Cleaned my two-story, 3,400 sq ft home on a single charge • Only needed three quick water changes • Glides effortlessly and feels intuitive from the first use I truly can’t say enough good things about it. If you’re on the fence or unfamiliar with the brand like I was — don’t hesitate. This is hands-down the best floor cleaner I’ve owned, and I genuinely think everyone should have one. Highly, highly recommend.

I’ve been looking into all the vacuum mops and settled on this one for the price and the reviews and the ability to go under the bed. Our gray porcelain tile never could get clean. I felt like I was pushing the dirt around, even with mopping twice. With this dream cordless vacuum mop, it is amazing with so little effort to vacuum and clean at the same time! We are an older couple that struggled to vacuum and mop a larger home with this tile. It never felt clean until now. It goes right up to the edge of the wall and is effortless. Someone said they did not like it because it’s heavy, but I think you need to have a good motor and a sturdy machine. It’s amazing that after the floor is done, you just put it back in the charger and in one hour you have a clean and dry roller. After that, all you have to do is take the dirty water and dump it in the toilet. It couldn’t be easier. I will do an update in six months. Definitely worth the money and the one to buy while it still is at a great price.

It's been 8 months since I've bought this machine. I looked at the other brands like tineco and bissel crosswave. I even had an earlier crosswave pet for a short time. I was really at a crossroads. I had no experience with tineco and was not impressed with battery life on my crosswave. I ultimately decided on the Dreame H14. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mop. I really have no complaints. My battery has never been below 60%. It cleans amazing. It's easy to clean. My wife laughs because I mop so frequently. It's so easy just to grab it and mop the kitchen when the cooking and dishes are done. Spill something? Grab the Dreame. It's a life changer and I MEAN that. Before, I would never have dreamed about spending the money on something like the Dreame X50 (it's $1400), but now I do wish I was able to buy one. It's definitely on my 'wish list'. I don't want to say tenico isn't great, i just don't know. But, I can't imagine it could make me happier than my Dreame H14. Absolutely no regrets!

Amé esta aspiradora. Trapea y aspira al mismo tiempo, tiene para cortar pelos y así no se atoren, requiere mínimo de agua y limpiador (chequen bien las instrucciones), se limpia sola, es muy fácil de usar, quita hasta manchas difíciles (pasándola más veces sobre las manchas), se inclina a 180° para limpiar bajo los muebles y la batería dura lo suficiente para limpiar toda la casa (2 hr aprox). Me ahorra mucho tiempo para limpiar mis pisos, es una maravilla! Les recomiendo buscar videos de usuarios para que conozcan su uso y comparen con otras marcas y versiones :)

Falló al tercer uso y el trámite de revisión por garantía es súmamente lento y complicado. Sigo en espera de resolución. No pude devolverla a Amazon porque me mudé y no la usé por un tiempo, sola la probé una vez y la guardé, pero es increíble que un equipo tan caro falle tan rápido. Además de la falla tienes que limpiar todas las partes en cada uso y despide un olor muy desagradable, su función de autolimpieza no es suficiente, igual debes desarmar y limpiar

Súper fácil de usar , es algo pesada

Este producto supero todas mis expectativas como la siguiente generación en equipo de limpieza para la casa! Vivo en una zona desértica, donde hay que lidiar con polvo constantemente, ademas tengo un par de perros que viven dentro de la casa. Con esta aspiradora/trapeadora no necesito mas para mantener los pisos limpios, sin polvo, pelusa, pelo de las mascotas o cualquier otra suciedad, ademas usando el liquido limpiador también deja un aroma suave pero agradable. La batería dura lo suficiente para limpiar un piso completo de la casa, aprox 30 minutos y resta suficiente para la autolimpieza. La función de limpieza automática se adapta a las condiciones de suciedad en tiempo real. En cuanto a la limpieza del equipo solo hay que vaciar el deposito de gua sucia en el sanitario, enjuagar y listo! Del resto se encarga el proceso de auto-limpieza y secado, es increíble como el equipo queda como nuevo sin importar que tan sucio haya estado el piso que acabas de limpiar, así que olvídate de llenarte de polvo o tener que lidiar con la suciedad que acabas de aspirar. No es un equipo barato, pero usándolo de forma regular, rápidamente justifica la inversión.

En un principio resultó muy buena, a 1 año de uso ( se usaba 1 vez a la semana) dejó de funcionar pidiendo se vaciara el tanque de agua sucia aún cuando está vacío y limpio. Contacte al fabricante por correo y me piden lleve el equipo a arreglar al único centro de servicio que tienen y el cual no es accesible para los que vivimos en CDMX ya que está en Cuautitlán Izcalli (Estado de México) Nos duró exactamente un año el equipo y ya es dinero tirado a la basura.
