I spend over 15 hours a day working in front of a computer. For the past two months, I've been suffering from back pain and neck soreness due to a lack of exercise and, to be honest, not having time for it. I’m not sure what my husband would do without these pain patches for his back. There are times when my husband’s back is feeling very sensitive and if he has to get on an airplane for a long flight he always packs one or two of these patches for a strap. They are easy to apply and they are quite effective. We think that their functionality is excellent as they stay right in place and provide a lot of effective pain relief.

It's so hard to tell if these pain relief patches are working. I can smell something. It does provide a warm tingling sensation after a few minutes of application. I don't know if the tingling sensation means it's working. This feeling lasts for a couple of hours. My muscle ache eventually disappeared, but I can't positively attribute it to this patch.

I use this to soothe my neck and back due to prolonged sitting in offices. Looks like the packages are slightly different from what I remember, but I confirmed its the same company and same ingredients. Quality is the same as I used 2 patches already.
