Bought for a Christmas gift. She loved it and the chimes. Easy to set up. Lovely cabinet.

Nice looking and accurate timewise. Chimes may be a challenge to get to the desired settings but the instructions are very good. All the available settings work as advertised. My clock is mounted on the wall. With the speaker tight against the wall volume is muted, even when set to the maximum volume level. I improved this by putting narrow 1/4" thick wall spacer (vertical top to bottom in the center and horizontal near the bottom on the wall behind the clock and now get the desired volume from the clock's speaker. If the clock is used as a mantel clock, the chimes sound wonderful. The volume control allows the clock to be set to comfortable db levels. The feature I also enjoy as there are no chimes after 9 PM and before 6 AM. This is especially important since out sleeping area is only a room away from the clock.

Very nice grandfather style wall clock. Various chimes to choose from with volume control and shut off switch. Night time, after 9pm, quiet mode. Very easy to set up with comprehensive instructions provided. Seller will answer your communications within minutes if you need help. My only problem is the chime batteries wear out in 2 1/2 months if you have it chiming on the quarter hours and not at night. That is the only thing I don't like about this clock.

Very nice wood, style and functionality. It does not make lound click sound with pendulum swing which is nice for sound-sensitivity. Large size yet depth is slim to keep flush against the wall. Very aesthetically appealing to visitors upon first sight.

This is a beautiful clock. Setup was easy and worked the first time. Sound is pleasant and loud enough even when hanging on wall. Super happy with this purchase. Highly recommend

I like this wall clock. Looks good and was easy to setup. If you follow the directions it is easy to sync the time with the chimes. I think a good value for the price.

Nice clock, though some materials seemed cheap (the swinging pendulum). Stars removed because the face of the pendulum was lightly scuffed. I returned for replacement and the replacement had the same scuffs on the pendulum and a scuff on the outside of the main body of the clock. The pendulum should have had a protective cover on what is a focal point on the clock. I realize it wasn't that expensive in the grand scheme of grandfather clocks, but I expect products I pay hard earned money for to be flawless when I first get them.

Our little boy loves big ben! He is obsessed! So, we bought this to.being a little bit of Big Ben into the house. Good quality, looks more expenesive than it is, and value for money. Slightly fiddly to set up at the start, but asking as you thoroughly read the instructions first, then you shouldn't have too much problem. It loud! Although that can be adjusted on the back. Can clearly.be heard all.around the house, so the 2200 till 0700 silent function is very handy!

The clock arrived and sadly two of us tried to set up the chimes and the pendulum kept stopping. I contacted Amazon for advice. They apologised saying they would refund me and I could do what I wanted with the clock That's fair enough so I decided to take the clock to the jewelers to see if they knew what the problem was. The clock repairer came to the shop counter and looked at the clock smiling. He pointed out a little square magnet that loosely fits into a small recess on the pendulum arm but its high up in the casing and the recess cant be seen. So once it was in it was back home to set it up. Again it wasn't straight forward. But after a few more attempts I got it chiming. The magnet isn't mentioned in the instructions. However its going OK now and the clock looks lovely on the lounge feature wall.

Lovely clock. Not the easiest to set with chimes but persevere it's worth it.
