Rock-solid NAS drives after a more than a year of 24/7 use
I’m running multiple Toshiba N300 12TB drives in my NAS, and after more than a year of 24/7 operation they’ve been absolutely rock solid. No bad sectors, no SMART warnings, no random dropouts – just quiet, consistent performance. Installation was very easy – standard 3.5" sizing, no surprises with mounting holes or connectors, and they were immediately detected by my NAS. Setting up RAID and doing the initial sync went smoothly. The drives spin at 7200 RPM with a large 512 MB cache, so file transfers and backups are nice and quick, even with multiple users hitting the NAS at once. They also stay at reasonable temperatures in a properly ventilated case, and the noise level is what I’d expect from performance NAS drives – audible if you’re right next to the server, but not annoying. These are proper CMR drives, which is important for RAID and rebuilds, and they’ve handled parity checks, scrub jobs, and frequent use without any signs of stress. Overall, they’ve proven to be very durable under continuous load. If you’re looking for reliable, easy-to-install, high-capacity drives for a NAS or home server, the Toshiba N300 12TB has been a very dependable choice in my setup.

Le rapport qualité/stockage/prix est excellent. Revient moins cher le tara que d'autres marques et une meilleure cache interne. Installé dans un NAS terramaster F2-425 2 baie qui les a reconnu et performe bien.

Su elaboración NAS es ya tener mejor calidad, por lo que el precio es muy bueno, fue reconocido fácil por la PC y formateado también fácil y rápido. Por ahora funciona al 100%

Super happy with the Toshiba drives, plenty of storage and working well in my self build NAS. Drives are quieter then the Seagate drives I used before. Performance is equal, so overall a win. The seller packed them well and delivery was fast.
