Very pleased
I bought this product to experiment with sprouting without knowing for sure if it would. It shot up within days it's already 6 inches tall. The uses for this product are unlimited and I look forward to continuing to experiment.

Delicious. I wish they sold in bulk in Amazon so I could buy more. As it stands, $8 for a mere pound is too much to keep buying regularly. If someone at Bluebird reads this, sell in bulk! You have 1 customer here who would buy :)

Not Einkorn as bag states on bag front. It is really Emmer Farro.
The bag states this is Einkorn which is Triticum Monococuum however the ingredients on the side of the bag Triticum Dicoccoum which is Emmer Farro a totally different grain. I have real Einkorn and it is a smaller grain. This is deception!!! Both are ancient grains but different in composition. Not good business people. Can't return.
