Product quality is very good. Service is prompt and good.

The installation process for the Pureit water purifier was quick and professional. The technician, Mr. Mahesh, arrived on time, he was one of the greatest person with vast knowledge on this complete product level and explained the process clearly, and completed the setup neatly. He demonstrated the entire process at a very basic level to advanced level of RO and how to maintain the purifier properly at every single steps. The whole installation hardly took 30 minutes, and the unit was ready to use immediately. Overall, a very good experience with courteous service and efficient work. I'm really thankful to MR.Mahesh on his splendid and amazing support and guidance.

Worst Product to buy. Company states that it has Longer filter life of 6000 liters, which is double compared to ordinary RO's. We are 2 person at home and it hardly which consumed hardly 8 liters a day and with that calculation it should have lasted 750 days which is nearly 2 years. But it stopped working after almost 1 year and as per Pureit servie provider the filter needs to be changed and along with that motor is also required to be changed now and this is costing me Rs 6000. Please do not buy this product is you dont want to waste your money.
