*Leaving my previous review to give full context to the situation. * Okay, yall, I am an IDIOT lol. After posting the below review, the seller messaged me about my dissatisfaction and wanting to know more so they could try and make it better; because, they explained customer satisfaction is their main concern. They VERY kindly explained that you can take the entire cup apart to clean it. I explained I had thrown my previous one away out of frustration and they offered to send me a new one for free or refund me. I chose to get a new one and it works perfectly! It completely unscrews for easy clean up. Amazing customer service and they were so gracious with my ignorance!! Previous INCORRECT review: I was SO excited about this! I’m absolutely addicted to frozen Coca Cola from McDonalds and spend way too much money on them - Enter this contraption, it was just what I needed!! It worked great, turned my Coke into a delicious freezy beverage!! However, no matter how well I washed it, somehow old soapy water/melted frozen coke would end up inside the insulated walls somehow, and then as I would make a new drink it would mix in with the soda. As you can imagine it was gross. Sooooooo bummed out it didn’t last!

1000% recommend. Bought one for each of my three kids for Christmas - ages 13, 10, 6. They each LOVE the slushie maker and have used it DAILY since Christmas. I wish I would have gotten them sooner! Absolutely recommend!

I bought 2 as Christmas presents for my kids. Sadly 1 came with the straw and spoon and the other didn’t. Only reason for removing a Star. I recommend freezing overnight before using. After a few hours it kinda worked, but worked better after trying overnight.

This is one of my favorite gadgets. You can use almost any cold drink. Just make sure the cup is very frozen (at least 24 hours) and make sure the liquid you use is very cold.

My daughter had been begging me for one of these for a while. The cup worked fine the first few times, but there are a ton of random pieces and it broke after a few uses. Overall it was a disappointment.

Bought this as a Christmas gift, just opened it Christmas Eve and it has mold on the sides and is dirty. Brand new from packaging. Return window is closed due to early shipping.
