I’ve have been looking for a hair straightener that will work on my both of my daughters hair types, one has really small tight curls (which is the hardest and most time consuming to straighten) which would take over an hour to straighten (I’m not kidding, cause I would have to do over and over , in order for it get straight) and the other has bigger curls, she would take me about 30 minutes to straighten. After buying other hair straighteners and being disappointed, over and over, I almost gave up that I would ever find one that would work. I found this one!! And this hair straightener worked like a dream come true!!! I was done in no time with BOTH my girls and their hair was beautifully straight, silky, and shiny!! It heats up fast, so easy to use and comes with a bag to store it in, glove, and nice box that you can also use to store it in!! I absolutely LOVE IT!! And will highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect hair straightener!!! And also their customer service is amazing also!! My first requirement while researching a replacement flat iron was that it needed Dual Voltage capability (it wasn’t fun being overseas on vacation before with a burned-out hair tool — oops). The Ella Bella has that very important feature, and now I’m glad I needed to get a new flat iron because this one is so much better! From the moment I opened the box I was impressed. First of all, it’s packaged so beautifully in an attractive box, with a soft travel pouch included, that it was like receiving a lovely gift. I ordered the champagne color and although it may sound minor, it really is nice to have a styling tool that looks pretty on the counter and somehow feels more special when using it. The straightener has a solid feel to it, the blades are wide, it’s easy to handle, and I was amazed by how quickly it heated to the desired temperature, which is also easily adjustable. The vibration feature is designed to prevent overheating of hair, and my hair does look extra smooth and shiny after using it, definitely more so than when using my former flat iron! It has an automatic shut-off feature as well which I’ll admit was much appreciated this week after I realized I’d dashed out without remembering to turn it off. (Oops again.). Lastly, the customer service is noteworthy. It comes with a warranty that is super easy to register, the manufacturer reaches out to see if you have any questions after the Ella Bella arrives, and they are easily reachable in return. I spent a lot of time researching different hair straightening tools before purchasing this one. It costs more than some others, but it’s also a higher quality tool so a good value overall. I’m very happy with my choice and highly recommend it.

There are so many flat irons on the market at all different price points it's hard to know which one to purchase. I wasn't sure about this particular iron because I was not familiar with the brand and the price was so much lower than I'm used to seeing for quality hair tools. After reading and comparing I decided to pull the trigger and make my purchase. I should have bought this a LONG time ago! I have very curly long hair and was in need of a new flat iron. My previous iron was not able to get my hair as straight and left it frizzy on the ends. It was taking such a long time to complete the straightening process and even touch ups took forever. This new flat iron is amazing! It has several heat setting that go to 410 degrees which is the temperature I typically use. It heats up super fast and keeps when ready for use. It has a vibration feature you can turn on/off. I am able to straighten my hair very quickly as each section only requires 1 pass. It leaves my hair smooth and shiny. My ends are not frizzy and they even look healthy unlike with my previous iron which left them looking dry and frizzy. I am very pleased with this tool and I no longer dread straightening my hair. I have also noticed I don't need to touch up often - even after sleeping on my hair. I think it's because of how well it removes/prevents frizz. There's really not a single complaint. It looks nice and there's some weight to it, but not so much that it's hard to use. It's well made and fits well in your hand. The display is clear and easy to read. I am so glad I gave this a try before spending a lot of money on one of the more popular brands that also come with big price tags. It works great and it's unlikely spending more money would result in a better Flatiron than this!

This straightener is awesome! I’ve owned MANY straighteners over the years and this one is hands down the best I’ve had/used! The design is really beautiful without extreme overpricing! With the infrared feature on, it smoothes my hair beautifully on the first pass over, even at a lower temp than I usually need to use, so I know I’m not damaging my hair!! It heats up fast! The cord is durable. It’s all around a really great product I’m recommending it to all my friends! Also the customer service is amazing!! An awesome bonus to the great products I received was the really nice personal touch in a world where that is sadly rare…once I registered the warranty Ruth reached out to make sure I was satisfied with my products and let me know that if I needed anything or had any questions I could reach out anytime! I have thick wavy hair. Its always been hard to straighten. This product works really great. It heats up really quick and straightens in one pass. Best part is it stays straight all day long. Would definitely recommend!

The Ella Bella Flat Iron is the best straightner I've ever owned. I have gray, tends toward curly/frizzy, hair and my old straighteners just didn't heat up hot enough to tame my hair. This flat iron not only heats up super fast, but the digital temperature control and infrared is a game changer! Because I can control the heat, this straightens my hair at first pass (in sections of course) and leaves my hair looking shiny, and the vibration feature keeps the flat iron from dragging and damaging my hair. And bonus, Ruth, the owner is wonderful and responds to questions within an hour or less. I highly recommend this flat iron!!

Best flat iron yet. The Ella Bella Titanium Ion Hair Straightener did a fantastic job on my curly and mixed textured hair. The iron heats up quickly to 320 degrees in under 10 seconds. The temp can be increased in 20 degree increments within a few more blinks of the eye. The paddles are wide enough so that the plates don’t burn my scalp when trying to straighten close to the roots. My hair is left feeling smooth, silky and luxuriously soft to the touch, adding length with each pass. The audible alert sounds when hair is pressed between the paddles so there’s no guesswork that the unit is engaged. My winter hair looks fabulous with little effort. Also, the unit shuts off in one hour when idle. Comes with a protective heat glove and convenient travel sleeve to protect the iron during transport. I’m very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend the Ella Bella brand. I’ve tried several other brands before this one and returned them because the handles got too hot or they burned my hair/scalp or the end product was just disappointing. Did i mention that I got a “thank you” response from Ella Bella when I scanned the QR Code to activate my 2-year warranty? Personalized customer service at it’s best. And one more thing…remember to wipe your iron clean after use. It will last longer.
