When I want lime flavor to inhance a recipe,kaffir lime leaves powder is convient to have on the shelf. Sprinkle it in yogurt,toss it over roasted nuts and popcorn. I like to add it to my chatt recipe to brighten the citrus bite in fruit salads. The power is great to use in my savory seasoning blends. Its versitility goes way beyond Thai cooking. They have givin the world a great ingredient to add to their cooking. The package fits in my tupperware spice rack. I live in Chicago where I have access to Asian markets where I can get dried,fresh and frozen leaves. They are all usefull but the powder goes in recipes that leaves can't. This is a good source for value and convience.

I love making Thai food, and these lime leaves are great. You can make Thai food without them, but if you've ever had real Thai food, you might not know specifically what is missing, you just know that something is. It just might be this. I can't find this product in my grocery store, so I was happy to find it here. It has definitely made a difference in my Thai dishes. The leaves are easy to use and add a great flavor to your dishes.

Must buy. I used these in. Tea, but I will be using them appropriately in curry soon. Well dries, still very green and aromatic, very flavorful, not stale. Leaves are pressed flat and vacuumed sealed so they will make for good presentation in soups and curry as well.

i used these leaves in an Indian dish I made. Added great flavor but I have to pick out the leaves as they were not edible from the cooking process even though I soaked them as instruction. Great flavor though but I'll look a little harder for fresh leaves in the future.

Good leaves. Great flavor. I use these when making Thai curry, if I can’t find fresh ones, which are not easy to find. These are vacuum sealed and double bagged.

Make a lot of Thai food. These are great and have a really good shelf-life.

I was thrilled to find these online! Living in a small town, the nearest Asian market is over two hours away, and even then, they haven’t had kaffir lime leaves in stock during my last few visits. I absolutely love the unique flavor these leaves bring to dishes, and I couldn’t wait to try them. They did not disappoint! I made coconut rice last night, and the incredible aroma when I lifted the lid truly warmed my soul. I only wish I had discovered these sooner. The generous amount in the package will last me for several months and will let me cook Thai food more often. Highly recommend!
