Lots of good recipes. Unfortunately, had to sell the piezano as I didn't like the flavor of the pizza. It tasted chemically.

I love the different temperatures for top & bottom. I’ve had crispy crust pizza in restaurants, but I never had any at home. It’s delicious! So crispy!
