Nothing Like It!
UNBEATABLE! Though I can't always get the perfect sear at home, but I can always get the perfect flavor on a good piece of meat with St Elmo's seasoning. This product is excellent for grilling. I season steaks and burgers liberally with this blend and it has a little something more to offer than salt and pepper. I recommend you give this a try.

Great all around seasoning very tasty
One of my favorite all around seasonings. Works great on beef, chicken and salads. I was introduced to this by a company I used to work for based in Indiana and it is very good.

Good, not great
Having the pleasure of eating there in person and having one of the most memorable steaks I can recall (in the best way you can imagine) it feels weird to me to not absolutely love this seasoning. It’s second ingredient is cane sugar. I should have known better. It’s a bit sweet for my taste. If there was a low sugar version it would be one I really like. I don’t remember the sweetness when dining in…But that was many beers ago.
