I picked these buds up as a bit of a gag to go along with a restored ipod I'm giving a friend this Xmas. At $3 I was expecting these to sound as bad as the original buds Apple included... I was very wrong. These sound great, especially for the price! Seriously I have $50 sets that don't sound this good. There's obviously no sound isolation due to the shape but these would be fine on a bus or a train where it's not super loud and you want to hear announcements or anything. They have the same problems every flathead bud does, namely they can be a bit painful when worn for a long time if you have smaller ears, but you can kinda hang em in your ears by the bottom or put them in upside down and hang the cable behind your ears to change how it sits. The bass is solid, mids are clear, and the treble is a touch bright but not shrill. Cable is standard with the plastic insulation, no sound from rubbing on clothes, will twist and knot up easy so look up how to do a roadie wrap to make your life easier. IMO these do sound better with the felt on but you may like it raw instead. For 3 bucks a pop I actually ordered 5 more sets for myself to use as spares or in places where I don't want to use my expensive headphones. So yeah, recommended.

Full, mellow sound similar to EarPods. Foam pads included, but they sound quite good with or without. Cable is well-made and at a proper length. This company makes earbuds/monitors costing into the mid-hundreds US, but as I understand, the budget market is their current strength. They have a useful website. Pronounce it 'Nice H. C. K.' Note: Not recommended for heavy bass enthusiasts

I got these on sale, and they are really nice earbuds for the price I paid for them. Even at the current price of around $9, I think these are worth it. I love the transparent purple with black cords. They fit well and are comfortable in my ears. I appreciate that the seller included a pair of soft earbud covers with these. The sound is decent, with a lot of midtones. Thumbs up!

Great sound, natural, crisp, clear and has a mega bass boost, with no tingly or high-pitched sounds. Unfortunately, they're not long enough; it's 46" long, but I prefer longer, like 60" inches, because that's where I can plug into my speaker while sitting in my lazy chair. I chose this type of earbuds because all headphones are too heavy on my head, and squeezing my ears hurts. If you're looking for a similar brand like HP (Hewlett Packard) Assy Mobile Stereo earbuds in black, which are 60" long and have volume adjustment, they discontinued in couple of years ago. However, I found this on Amazon, it's low-cost, and it's better than nothing. I chose red and blue, and it's easier to see which one is right and left, especially in the dark. I will reorder again for backup, but I wish they were longer or 60", AND need volume adjustable (not mic). Get this if you need better sounds, no gimmick.

Love my new earbuds. Excellent sound quality, gorgeous in appearance, easy to use, highly comfortable, high quality, perfect fit, are very functional and the purple color is extremely rich / vivid.

Amazing sound quality for the price. The bass is surprisingly clear. Listening to familiar songs honestly feels like a brand new experience. On the down side, they feel pretty flimsy. Had to tape up all the joints as a precaution after I bought them. 4.5/5. Would definitely buy again.

The earbuds are far too large to fit into normal ears. But they can balance near the ear canal. But they were cheap enough that it was not worth the time to return them.

I've purchased 7 in different styles, 3 being the red and blue ones. What a great idea: red for the right ear. There is no need to look for a little R or L. They are of good quality, decent sound ~for inexpensive earbuds~, and sit in the ear comfortably without poking into the ear canal. I purchased a bunch for when I inevitably lose them, and I do not expect inexpensive earbuds to last forever. One pair has been used almost every day for several hours with zero problems.
