This is good for flat sleepers and if you have to sit at a desk for a living. It stretches your neck and it does relax you. I've used it for 10-12 minutes, you don't need to use it for more than that.

Well designed product but one needs to get used to the hardness and angle. Does help though

Purchased one for me and one for a friend. I use it mostly to relieve stress on my neck and shoulders. Works as it states.
