I was pretty’s skeptical when I ordered these- but I actually really like these patches! My husband also uses them. They help with mood and overall wellbeing. Great quality, No sticky residue, no rashes, easy to put on and easy to take off. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend putting them in a place like your shoulder blade so that they don’t rub or move around.

This was terrible, no matter where I stuck it on the body, no matter how dry the spot it was on the body. It never lasted more than five minutes before it starts to peel and come off. I’ve had better luck with other patches that were also on me, but did remain on the entire day as designed, but even though they do not work and stay on, they will not honor return

I think these actually help relieve menopause symptoms. My hot flashes are noticeably decreased. I would recommend giving this product a try-it is worth it.

Like i said item worked fine first time i bought these very effective in relaxing me and doesnt irritate my skin stall. but recently started running low and decided to buy another. Unfortunately this one the adhesive is very weak, i had no issue with this on the first one i got. Might be a defective batch or something so imma wait to buy again hopefully item gets fixed soon in manufacturing. Other than that these work great for relaxing helped lower my anxiety a bit and make me feel more relaxed. Highly recommended just hope you dont get a weak defective version.

I don’t understand how they work but they do. Urge to snack gone Appetite so much less. I feel great. I will never be without these. Just ordered the happy ones

At first I had trouble keeping it stuck because I work outside and sweat more than your typical female, but after a few tries, I finally found the perfect spot on my chest. I had severe hot flashes constantly day and night. I had a significant decrease in flashes the first day and steady less each day. After around a week of using them I stopped having them completely! They're a life saver for me. Now I only wear them at night just to make sure they don't come back. I swear by these and highly recommend them to anyone who suffer with hot flashes. Be patient and consistent and you'll love them.

Really disappointed that the edges don’t stay securely down and after about an hour the patch is half pulled up. Don’t think an hour of wear gives an idea if they even work I’ve tried it 4 times. All with the same result the patch pulls its self off. Wrist, upper arm, forearm, forearm (placements)

Natural alternative sleep aid using occasionally. Stays in place until morning. Does not leave any sticky residue once removed. Does not cause any rash to my sensitive skin.

I had a very bad skin reaction to these patches after wearing them for only a few hours. When I removed the patch, it left a large red area where the top layer of skin had come off. It has now been 3 days and the area is still red, itchy, and irritated. The patch also left behind a strange smooth, sticky residue on my skin that was difficult to remove. I do not have particularly sensitive skin and was surprised by how aggressive the reaction was in such a short amount of time. I did not notice any positive benefits.

On the fence with these. Really hard to tell if they actually work. I would not say they totally make stop you sweating or feeling hot. If you live in a hot country that is humid - I do not think they do what we would hope - but anyone would sweat in humid weather. If in cooler climate - or perhaps on cooler days in hot countries - they may offer a bit of relief. I have tried other patches from The Patch Remedy - and have to say it is hard to confirm if they are doing anything or not. One thing I can say is that I do feel the Sleep patches actually work. I have been getting a much better sleep if combined with a menopause patch. So for sleep - I feel it has worked. I think it would be better if patches were round and not square, so that corners do not catch on clothing - and perhaps less plastic and more of a soft material would allow them to stick longer - like the Slimtox Patches. I have used various patches from The Patch Remedy for quite some months now and have found the best place to put them are on the top of the arm as long as no hair - and don't always put on same arm but swap sides. Also do not apply moisturiser at all before (at least on that spot) and make sure skin is totally dry and no sweat. Try not to touch the corner other than perhaps with your nail when peeling off the sheet or the end tends to stick up and come off. If you do start to sweat whilst wearing them or change clothes once are twice, they do get caught and come off. I do not think you will see any difference at all if you just use one pack now and then - maybe try consistency for 6 months and see how that goes. They are not like taking a pain relief pill where pain goes away in minutes. I think these patches need to be worn long term and consistently to know if they actually work.
