Magnesium Sleep by BetterYou for Unisex - 26.4 oz Bath Salt

It is a great product. Magnesium is something I use in various forms depending on needs and it never fails.

These (and rest from brand) are absolutely amazing bath salts, way better than the regular epsom salts. You are a transformed person after taking a bath using these. I have introduced all my friends to the brand, although I always recommend the purple version, mainly because of the smell. Although they don't smell that strong they give a subtle tone to the ritual of having a relaxing bath. I've taken a star down out of the Mind version because I'm not fond of the smell, it reminds me of medicine.

I love this comforting relaxing bath. A half hour soak is perfect, and I use it two or three times a week. The magnesium is absorbed into the skin and relieves muscle and bone pain. Mg also relieves stress.

For insomnia, aches and pains it is great although wasn't sure on the smell I got used to it. The mess it makes after a bath bearing in mind when using when not feeling 100% means I will not buy again. (It looks and acts like weetbix cemented to the bath!)
