I am so pleased with this vac that I have to pass the word. ( Previously , I purchased a Bissel Pet Pro Crosswave. It only worked for about a dozen uses. It left quite a bit of water on the floor too. Cleaning it was gross but I was sure to do it properly each time.) I am the owner of 3 different SHARK vacs and they're all terrific for their type of machine. The MESSMASTER works just as I'd hoped. Good suction for cleaning solution, good brush action for soil too. My floor looks great. The cherry on top is the "auto clean" feature. WOW. A big time saver and the brush roll looks clean. I am leaving the brush open along with the solution container to air dry. SHARK is the better appliance.

My house has ALL wood, bamboo and tile floors. I've said over the years that I wanted a maid to come in and just do the floors. A pregnancy injury left me in pain most of the time and floors are really hard for me. I started with a robot vacuume that I love love love. Next I wanted an electric mop. After reading all the reviews, the corded plug in Shark Hydrovac is what I bought. I am reading poor reviews here under this product, but they continually mention the weak battery. My review is for the corded plug in vacuume not a cordless model. My floors have never been cleaner. I used the vacuume over the course of two days and about 10 hours for an initial clean. The bamboo floor is only six years old and sealed. That floor was so easy to clean, although I still cleaned it three times over since it hasn't been cleaned in over six months. The kitchen tile was super easy too, although it doesn't reach the grout, my daughter is young and took on the challenge to clean the grout with a nifty grout brush I found. The hard part to clean is the 30 year old wood floors with areas where the seal is worn off. We bought the house from someone who's dogs had scratched the floors and wore off the finish in high traffic areas. This was the hard part to clean the first time. I did the same as with the bamboo and cleaned it the times over. After it was done, I realized there were areas of built up dirt on the unsealed areas I had not been getting clean. I decided to go back and clean this area by hand with a scrub brush to get it where I wanted. After that the floors have been a snap to keep clean. I've put in about 20 hours with the vacuume so far and have had zero problems. Some reviews say you can't vacuume and mop together. I didn't even try that. I vacuume with the robot first, then mop. I don't want to risk scratching the floor with a gritty mop. It is super easy to clean. The clean tank chines right out with the push of a button. The dirty tank is the same way. I dump it in the sink, rinse it and either use it again or put it on a towel to drain and dry. There is a sponge on the filter that I rinse and squeeze and put on the towel to dry. The beater bar comes out easily. I rinse under the faucet in the kitchen sink and squeeze by grabbing the bar and turning it around with the other hand. Again, I either put it back on the mop to keep cleaning or leave it on its end to dry on the towel. The vacuume without the beater bar and without the dirty tank, has a very short tube between the two that cleans easily with a bottle brush that is not included, but I already own it. All these parts are removable and replaceable with one hand. I find it easy to use, easy to empty the dirty tank and easy to refill the clean tank. The mop has a self clean feature that works pretty well, but I found that it is easy enough to clean it the way I described above and decided that is rather care for it myself and allow the parts to all dry completely. I've had zero issues with mold or a moldy smell. My floors are cleaner than they have been in years and are easy to maintain after the initial clean I have them. Note, I have a corgi dog that sheds all year. The robot vacuume and the Shark mop have changed my life. I don't leave the house covered in fur anymore. Once a week I vacuume and mop, or one other day in between if we are all off work for holidays and tracking more dust and dirt. Everyone in the house is impressed with his easily the floor is kept in a very clean and neat state. Along with the robot vacuume, this mop is the best investment I've made in householt cleaning tools,ever.

AAA++++ Tried this steamer at a clients house with five pets and it did exactly what I wanted the Bissell Steamer to do, cut through nasty pet and cooking stains, hair balls, jam and more. As an owner of 3 cats and a chef I highly recommend this. Comes in 3 parts and 30 sec assembly. Video below was it's first test at home right out of the box. This mess is dried on spilled egg, from making Panko mushrooms and zucchini last week, that I spilled down the side of my oven and counter last week. I had the Bissell Power steamer 2685 series, Heavy Duty Steam Mop I spent $150+ on two years ago. This steamer just never worked good and I regret not sending it back withing the return time. It stopped working completely and started clicking right after it's warranty expired conveniently enough of course. I ordered this to replace it and I am thrilled at the results. Even with the weird angle with my oven pulled out it was super satisfying to be able to blast/melt it away the dried on egg mess with the strong steam jet. I struggled a little because of the angle in the video but it shoots out a steady blast of hot steam when flip the pad over and you are hitting a spot head on and boy was this egg super dooper hard to remove, I tried!! This passed the test with flying colors. My favorite feature, other than the steam blaster, is the touch-free technology. I don't have to ever touch a gross hairball pad again! Just click the pad release button and bam it's off. To put a pad on click the button to undo the grabbers and plop onto of a new pad, click clack each side and away you go! I ordered a 6 pack of extra pads too. Whoo hoo thank you for making a kick arse product! 😺 😺 😺 🧑‍🍳 Only negative thing is that I highly suggest keeping a watch on the price, after ordering one within 2 days it dropped $20, I hadn't even opened it yet so I ordered another and sent the $20 more expensive one back. I wish Amazon did a 30day price match like other retailers like 🎯 to avoid this issue in the future, they don't state that they do when I went looking, I was later told my a friend that you just have to call Amazon and they will refund the difference over the phone, maybe put that in the returns section in writing to avoid excess use of shipping/ CO2 gas and shipping wait times in the future. I paid $59.99 for this one.

I do love it. Its not made for the deep clean but it definitely helps me keep the floors looking good till my deep clean day. I have 3 dogs. It does help with pet hair. Its easy to work. I love the cordless of it. It does my dinning room, kitchen and living room and I still have battery life left. I've had it for about a month now. I use it atleast 3 times a wee.

Exactly what I was looking for and more! It helped me to get some of my precious time back. It vacuums and mops! Im done with my house in 15-20 minutes when before, I would still be sweeping, or getting my clunky mop bucket out. Lightweight, great suction, and it's so functional it even cleans itself! 5 ⭐

El primer día que lo use no me pareció tan increíble como decían las comentarios, luego al día siguiente le di una segunda oportunidad y así sucesivamente me di cuenta que fue la mejor compra que hice en el 2021... el piso lo deja perfecto, no pule pero el brillo que se ve no tiene comparación a cuando lo haces con jerga. Me encanta que solo uso poca agua y no uso más líquidos químicos. Mi esposo dice que siente hasta la diferencia cuando anda descalzo e incluso nuestras plantas de los pies ya no quedan tan sucias como antes. Diario lo uso y hasta ahora lo amo. Todo mundo debería tener uno! Llegó antes de tiempo!

Love this steamer. My first steamer so I have no other product to compare it to, but it does a great job cleaning. Cord is long which is a bonus. The dirt on the mop cloth after a cleaning on my ceramics is impressive, and tiles have never looked better. (Use the highest steam setting for ceramics). However this model does not have a grout cleaner head, so doesn't get into the groves for my grout, but I am ok with that. For my hardwood, I have found for it to work best that you need a brand new clean mop cloth after cleaning ceramics (buy extra for yourself separately, you will need them), and put on lowest steam setting. Move quick over wood, and then always rest the steamer on a ceramic area of your home if taking break from hardwood floor cleaning, not on the wood as too much water sitting on hardwood is bad for the wood. I like to buff damp hardwood floor with a separate dry hardwood floor mop, one that I already had, as this takes off the damp haze that might form, which makes the hardwood floor look shiny brilliant! I also use the same technique for my basement's laminate wood floors, and works really well there as well. I actually love cleaning my floors now and don't avoid it, lol!
