Brilliant little mug! This is my go to mug now for nearly all of my hot drinks. So this was designed not to keep drinks boiling hot for 6-7 hours nor is it completely leak proof. If you want that then you need to buy a vacume flask. TBH, none of these styles of flask are totally leakproof. What it does do is keep drinks hotter/warmer for longer than a normal cup which is the whole point. Personally, I can't drink boiling hot coffee, 60 ish degrees is where I like my drinks to be. I would say that it is about 99.9% leakproof but I wouldn't toss it into my backpack. I did a test of shaking it up and down with hot water in and non came out but i still wouldn't trust it in my bag. I have hovever had no problems putting it in the side pocket of my rucksack where it stays uprightish and going on a long walk in the country or jumping on and off trains to and from work. The reason I went for this flask is that I don't sip my drinks from the hole in the lid but instead prefer to sip from the flask. It has a thick, comfortable rim unlike others which are hard and sharp. I have even started making my tea in it when working from home as it often gets cold when I get destracted by work and then I have to go and microvave it. In this I simply just pop the lid on without screwing it down which keeps my tea hot till the last drop. It has a nice rubber base and is comfortable to grip. It is also the right size for a medium takeaway coffee if you feel like splashing the cash at a cost a lottta or a starbar! There may be better thermal mugs out there but for the price, this one for me is perfect :)

This is an excellent travel mug! Keeps my tea lovely and hot, you don’t have to fight to open it, can drink from it with the lid off comfortably. Great quality materials, lovely colour (pink) and it also works well with cold drinks too. It started to leak in December ! Gutted! Did not last!

Great cup. The top is quite wide so if you have small hands can be awkward. Love the colour and design.

Good cup. Keeps my coffee warm for a good while. Screw lid so doesn’t leak so long as you scree it on tightly. Good size.

Często zdarza mi się, że kawę i herbatę pije godzinami, i nie raz w zwykłym kubku jest chłodna lub wręcz zimna. Teraz mając taki kubek mam przez wiele godzin mój ulubiony napój ciepły.

Muy bueno, no gotea y mantiene por más de una hora caliente, por supuesto no el caliente que te quema, pero aquí que estamos en invierno apetece que tenga un poco de calentura, lo e puesto en la mochila, boca abajo y de momento no gotea naaa. Además tiene una tapa más pequeñita pa poder tomar sin abrirlo eso no me ha ia fijado cuando lo compré, muy bien
