Pricey but I do like them work good and I do have energy and they taste good. I have notice they gets a little hard when I put them in my medicine holder so now I just take out the bottle.

I’ve tried a lot of women’s gummy vitamins, but the Black Girl Vitamins Once-a-Day Gummies are easily one of my favorites. The first thing I noticed was the taste they’re sweet without being sugary, and there’s no weird aftertaste or gritty texture. They’re soft, easy to chew, and don’t stick to my teeth. What I appreciate most is the formula. These gummies are made with nutrients that many Black women are often low in, especially Vitamin D and Iron. After taking them consistently, I saw a real improvement in my energy level throughout the day. My skin also looks a little brighter, and my nails started growing faster and stronger. I wasn’t expecting results that quickly from a gummy vitamin. The bottle is sturdy, the gummies don’t melt together, and they don’t have that strong “vitamin smell” some gummies have. I also like that I only need to take one a day very convenient for busy mornings. Overall, these gummies are a great choice if you want something effective and enjoyable to take. They taste good, feel gentle on my stomach, and I can genuinely see the difference. I’ll definitely be reordering.

I am always telling my co workers to try these vitamins. I haven’t had to call off sick yet for a cold or flu (knock on wood)🪵 . I am on my third bottle and I feel like this gave me all the nutrients I need as a black girl. They taste great, and not too sticky like some gummies I’ve had. They are small so it’s easy to take two. I would love a sugar free option just because I am watching my sugar (I’m not diabetic but both sides of my family are so I’m trying to be proactive). I feel like my hair and nails are getting stronger and healthier as well. If you wash your hands a lot like I do they will still break, but I’ve scratched myself on accident plenty of times because my nails are so strong now. 🤭As far as skin health, I have other skin issues that contribute to my breakouts so I cannot say if it helps skin. HOWEVER! I have seen I huge difference in my cycle. I still get really bad cramps the first day but after that I’m fine. The flow is so much better as well! It’s worth the money and it gives you enough for a month. If I feel a little sniffle coming on I take 3 for a couple days and it’s gone. It’s never enough where I feel like I need to miss work. I LOVE THESE VITAMINS! I’m just waiting for a fibroid blend 🥹 please do it for us if you can! I’m young and I still want a chance. Yall have made so much progress for the PCOS girlies. We would like a chance as well. 🥹

Not sure yet. I have only been taking a few weeks. Not sure if I am eating enough when I take them. I feel a little sick. They are the best tasting vitamins I have ever had though. I'm going to eat more and keep trying.

I have been taking these vitamins for over a year and combined with a healthier diet I have noticed a marketed improvement in my hair, nails, and skin. One of my friend's asked me what I was doing to make my hair grow so much and specified asked if I was taking these vitamins! I also like the taste of them. It's a pleasant taste that's not too sweet.
