These speakers are the dogs, the sound is fantastic and the design is classy.

I've been playing around with hifi for 30 odd years, and as many of you will know, it's hard to distinguish between the good the bad and the ugly since reviews on hifi equipment are subjective. There are many variables that influence how a component may sound, or indeed, how they are expected to sound. The 3050i's are infact a genuine diamond of a loudspeaker! I haven't even got them run in yet and they are just awesome at this price. Never overwhelming, never overpowering, never tiring. Just sweet and comfortable to listen too! They are full bodied, with an authoritive bass, well defined midrange and a captivating top end. I highly recommend this product 👌

A review from someone who isn't really an audio guy. Short version: They look and sound incredible. Buy them. Longer version: Apparently I've done everything wrong. I don't have a "listening room", I have these hard up against my fireplace, in my living room, in my little flat, with all the other cr*p from modern life around. They are connected to a 90s Wharfedale amp that I paid £20 for, and wired with whatever speaker cable the amp came with. They still sound amazing! I'm really impressed at how much difference I can hear over the Wharfedale bookshelf speakers I had before. Sound is strong and clear right through the frequency range right from very low volume all the way to "neighbours banging on the wall" volume. On top of that, they are the best looking speakers on the market IMO (I have the walnut finish). Certainly at this price point anyway. They are definitely worth your money!

These really are fantastic floor standers. I've been so impressed with them and upgraded my centre (3090Ci) and sub (3070s) to Q. I'd previously owned Wharfedale Diamond 230's, attracted by their lower price point. But I'd never been happy with them. Specifically, I use my rig (which resides in a converted garage) as a hifi as well as home cinema. But the Wharfedale's could never manage an excellent stereo sound. Instruments sounded muddy, bass was so so. All of that was rectified by the Q 3050i's. Brilliant clear music separation. In home cinema mode, speech is crystal clear from the centre and bass is superbly controlled by the oddly shaped but excellent subwoofer. But on their own the 3050i's are just outstanding. Well packaged, solid and look / feel / sound like floor standers that should be considerably more expensive. I went for the carbon black finish, a beautiful black matt which leans slightly toward a 'gun metal' look. The speakers grills are magnetic (cool touch) and Q even supply a port 'bung' in the box to control the bass to your taste. Highly recommended.

I bought these to replace older speakers that had had their day. These are a great improvement. There is much more separation of instruments - I can hear where individual instruments are placed in the mix, which I couldn’t before. I’m not expert, but the general sound seems good to me. Bass was louder than I expected, with the rear plugs out. The speakers were taller than I expected: the person in the photos you see them beside must be about six feet four - so it’s worth checking the measurements for your own space. It’s also worth keeping in mind that they are deep. The grills are held on magnetically and fall off if you brush against them, so you would have to think about whether to leave them on if you had children or they were in a place they would be knocked against. Expensive items, but I hope to get years out of them, and I am pleased with them.

The last time I updated my hifi system was way back in 1989 and I thought that as I had just taken up a subscription in Amazon Music HD I needed an audio system which could play the music from this app. I therefore purchased the Audiolab 6000A Amplifier, the Audiolab 6000N Streamer and the Q Acoustics 3050i speakers. Having set this new system up yesterday and had a few hours of usage I can categorically state that I have been blown away by the sound quality. The Q Acoustics 3050i speakers are a quality product. Large, solid and oozing with build quality. They take a few minutes to set up in that you have to fit a base stand in order to improve stability. There is also a foam bunger which fits in the back to reduce the bass if you are to place the speakers close to a wall. The sound quality on both classical and rock music is absolutely outstanding. You could hear details which I had never noticed before and the separation of instruments was very special indeed. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic speakers...had them a few weeks now...and there not even warmed up...such Fantastic sounding speakers in every department. You really won't be disappointed. Good seller. Asked a few questions about them and replied straight away.

Esteticamente sono bellissimi, fanno arredo, li ho collegati ad un Audiolab 6000a, la resa è notevole, la sensazione é che nessuna frequenza prevalga, tutto è molto equilibrato, i medio alti sono ben definiti, ho collegato anche il mio televisore e le voci si sentono benissimo, quando guardo un film non c’é la necessità di dover alzare il volume per capire cosa stanno dicendo e doverlo abbassare quando parte la musica o gli effetti cinema, anche in questo caso è tutto molto equilibrato, i bassi ci sono e per i miei gusti sono sufficientemente presenti infatti prima di ascoltarle avevo intenzione di comprare un subwoofer ma a ragion veduta non è necessario. L’ascolto anche a basso volume (vivo in un condominio) è gradevole, tutto molto chiaro, pulito ed anche in questo caso equilibrato. Il venditore FaceTheSound ha fatto un prezzo davvero conveniente e la consegna è avvenuta nei tempi indicati senza problemi.
